Comments: The first version of Tracks
I did (project #47) was made out of a car that I'd originally planned to
turn into the G2 character Skram, before
I found a better match for Tracks. (Skram and Tracks are both blue
Corvettes, but they have different rear windshields.)
Later, I decided it would be fun to create a die-cast
version of Tracks in his flying car mode. Using a second car, I added
wings that were left over from my
Ramjet/Thrust/Dirge die-cast projects, along with a pair
of knockoff Fireflight arms. The animation model for Tracks in this
mode differs from the Hasbro toy in that Tracks has vertical stabilizer wings
in the cartoon, so I made sure to include those.
