"It's Ratbat! He's been spying on us!"
Comments: I had been planning to
paint Ratbat at the same time as the other Decepticon cassettes, but I lost
the little cassette accessory. (I eventually found it in my bin of
kitbashing fodder. No idea how it ended up in there.) Anyway,
unlike the original cassettes, Ratbat only seems to have an official design
for one side of his cassette mode (the side that becomes his front
in bat mode). The only two times we see his other side are in "Webworld"
and "The Return of Optimus Prime" part 1. (He's colored entirely grey
in "The Return of Optimus Prime," so I pretty much had to dismiss that error
and go with his "Webworld" appearance.) |
