An old UPI story, Moosemobile is funny enough to save here. This is what happened to an Aurora when an amorous moose thought it was a, uh, female moose? What about an Aurora looks like a moose?

Verified with Jetchip.com today that the PCM is ready for the 96-99 Aurora (95 uses a chip, not a PCM). Cost is $259.99. Power increase at wheels is 12-14hp. Connects to map sensor and TPS, +12V line and ground. Their website isn't updated as of this writing, but they said you can order it online with part number 68003.

Performance Chip / Power Control Module News

This email was sent to me by a generous websurfer (Rob) who dropped by the site. Jetchip is responding as to their plans to make a chip for the Classic Aurora. This is probably referring to the 1997 model - I believe the 1996 and up have a PCU instead of an actual replaceable chip.

Yes, in early December we will have our Power Control Unit available for this vehicle. The PCU retails for 259.95 and expected gains would be 12-14 horsepower. For ordering or techinical information, please call 800-535-1161 Mon-Fri 8-5 or visit us at www.jetchip.com
