 What are you talking about.</div> <bR> <div> Misty: *interrupting*  Never mind, Brock...  He's mindless...</div> <bR> <div> *The four of them continue through the lobby, until they find the sign-up desk.  Ash immediately scrawls his own name down, as do Pikachu, Misty, and Brock.*</div> <bR> <div> Ash:  *pointing at the names before his own*  Hey, look, Pikachu, Kirby's already here too!  I wonder if he and Jigglypuff are still going steady?</div> <bR> <div> Pikachu:  *nods*  Pik, pikapi!</div> <bR> <div> Brock:  Look!  It's the girl of my dreams!</div> <bR> <div> Misty: *looking around*  Where?</div> <bR> <div> Brock:  There!  On the paper!  Akari Hayami!  She's my jet-ski IDOL!!!</div> <bR> <div> Ash:  Uh... yeah...</div> <bR> <div> Brock:  *ripping her name off the list and kissing the tiny scrap of paper*  I'll keep her signature close to my heart forever!!!</div> <bR> <div> Misty:  PUT THAT BACK RIGHT NOW!!!</div> <bR> <div> Ash:  Yeah, you don't want to disqualify her because her name's not on the sheet....</div> <bR> <div> Brock:  Oh yeah...  Can I photocopy  it first?  *Misty grabs him by the ear and drags him off.  Meanwhile, Ash and Pikachu decide to meet some of the other applicants.*</div> <bR> <div> Ash:  Hey, there's DK and Diddy Kong!  Let's go say hi, Pikachu!  *Pikachu emphatically shakes his head no*  Oh yeah, I forgot.  Even you can't understand anything they're saying...  Well, how about Link and his friends over there?</div> <bR> <div> Pikachu:  Pika!</div> <bR> <div> Ash:  Okay!  *The two of them weave through the crowd to where Link, Fox, Slippy, Ruto, and Darunia are all chatting.*  Hey, guys, long time no see!</div> <bR> <div> Link:  Huh?  I saw you just yesterday!</div> <bR> <div> Ash:  No, that must have just been someone that looks like me.</div> <bR> <div> Link:  No one looks like you!</div> <bR> <div> Darunia:  Hahaha!! I recognize you, Pikachu, but who is your friend?</div> <bR> <div> Pikachu:  Pikapi kachu chu pikachu!</div> <bR> <div> Navi:  *flies out of Link's hat and translates*  He says that this is Ash Ketchum, his trainer!</div> <bR> <div> Link:  He's actually pretty nice, although he's about as thick as your hide...</div> <bR> <div> Ash:  What's that supposed to mean?</div> <bR> <div> Fox:  Hi, nice to meet you.  *goes back to his conversation*  So anyway, Ruto, as I was saying.  I got this great new game contract, and I'm working with this really cute babe!  It's this adventure game, sorta like Link's two N64 games, only this time, they're rendering such fine details as my fur!</div> <bR> <div> Ruto:  Oh, that's great!  Link's got this great new project that's been nicknamed "The Legend of Cel-da."  They're NOT rendering in fine detail!  He's going to look like a cartoon version of his former self!  He looks so cute like that!</div> <bR> <div> Link:  Aw, you're embarassing me!</div> <bR> <div> Slippy:  Yeah, besides, you think he looks cute after three weeks straight of battle!</div> <bR> <div> Ruto:  I can't help it if the man I adore is a hunk!  *She blows Link a kiss, and he backs away, looking for a way to escape.  Ash, of course, is in the way.*  You know, honey, you and I still have that little matter of a wedding ceremony to take care of.  When shall we schedule it for.</div> <bR> <div> Ash:  Ooo!  You could do it tomorrow so Pikachu and I could come!</div> <bR> <div> Link:  Uh.....</div> <bR> <div> Ruto:  That's a GREAT idea!  But what would I wear?</div> <bR> <div> Slippy:  Does it matter?</div> <bR> <div> Ruto:  *thinks about it*  No, I guess not!  Link, your friend here is much smarter than you give him credit for!  *at that, Link laughs hysterically*</div> <bR> <div> Link:  Yeah, right!  You wouldn't believe what he keeps telling me!  He keeps saying that I'm--</div> <bR> <div> *As Link is speaking, another famous figure joins them*</div> <bR> <div> Link:  Speak of the devil!</div> <bR> <div> Ash:  That's Samus!  She's not the devil, and you weren't talking about him anyway!  *Ash waves at Samus*  Hi, Samus.  Tell Link all about what we've been doing, will you?  I've got to go find Misty and Brock!  *As Ash leaves, everyone stares after him in confusion.*</div> <bR> <div> Link:  *jokingly*  So, Samus, what HAVE you and Ash been doing?</div> <bR> <div> Samus:  I have no idea what you're talking about!</div> <bR> <div> Link:  Never mind, I'll tell you all about it...</div> <bR> <div> *Elsewhere, a group of malcontents has teamed up to cause trouble, determined to get the forces of evil a place in this new game!*</div> <bR> <div> Jessie:  We can't let all those goody goodies be the only ones to achieve stardom!  I say we band together and take all the programmers captive!  Then we'll force them to bend the game to our standards and use only villains!</div> <bR> <div> Ganondorf:  I like that!</div> <bR> <div> Bowser:  Works for me!</div> <bR> <div> A mysterious voice:  I want in too!</div> <bR> <div> James:  Huh?
