I asked.</div> <div> She turned around and looked at me with a grin on her face.  "I told one of the people on the ship and they let me off."</div> <div> "WHAT," I yelled.  "I had jump off that cruise ship and landed in the water."</div> <div> "Yeah it kind of makes your little jump look crazy," she said laughing at me.</div> <div> "Jenny have you seen a Cyndaquil around here lately?" I said ignoring Sara.</div> <div> "No, like I told you I was running from Team Rocket," she said.</div> <div> "How can you trust her?" Sara mumbled.</div> <div> I decided that we should head to the nearest Pokémon Center and heal up our Pokémon.  We gave our Pokémon to Nurse Joy and left to go and stock up on supplies and get Jenny some new cloths.</div> <div> "How about this?" she said appearing from the back wearing some weird punk cloths.  We had been at the department store for an hour now.</div> <div> "No," I said looking through my supplies again to make sure I had all the necessary items when I found Cyndaquil in case he was hurt.</div> <div> "Okay how about this?" she said appearing from the back wearing some really expense looking designer cloths.</div> <div> "I don't think I can pay for that!" I said getting up and looking at the price tags.  "$600!  I'm not paying that much money."</div> <div> "I got our Pokémon," Sara said returning with our Pokéballs.  I took my two Pokéballs and Jenny took her three.</div> <div> "Okay are you done Jenny," Sara said.  From the tone of her voice I could tell she didn't trust Jenny.</div> <div> "Please don't call me Jenny just call me Jen, okay," she said from behind the dress room door.</div> <div> "Whatever?" Sara said.</div> <div> "Okay how about this," she said appearing from the back wearing a white shirt with a Pokéball in the middle over that she had a red leather jacket.  She was wearing a red leather pants.</div> <div> "Don't you think red is a little too much?" Sara said.</div> <div> "Okay take it and lets go!" I said fed up.</div> <div> "Okay whatever you say," Jen said with a smile on her face I later found out why, that whole outfit cost me the same as the designer stuff $600 dollars.</div> <div> "I cant believe that I had to go and open my big mouth," I said after I had paid for the stuff we were back on the path looking for Cyndaquil.</div> <div> "Next time be patient," Jen said.</div> <div> "Once a thief always a thief," Sara whispered under her breath only I heard.</div> <div> "So how long you have this Cyndaquil?" Jen asked.</div> <div> "About a week," I said.</div> <div> "Only one week and it ran off?" Jen said.</div> <div> "Yeah, but it wasn't like the other starter Pokémon the professor had," I said.  "It couldn't evolve no matter what."</div> <div> "It couldn't?" she said repeating me.</div> <div> "Yeah, but I didn't care Cyndaquil is my favorite Pokémon so I was kind of happy that it couldn't evolve," I said.</div> <div> "Ohh," she said.</div> <div> "Yeah you had a no evolving Pokémon who had a broken leg," Sara said.</div> <div> "It had a broken leg?" Jen said amazed.</div> <div> "Yeah so?" I said.</div> <div> "I have some good news and some bad news," she said.</div> <div> "What?" I said.</div> <div> "Good news is I might know where your Pokémon is," she said.  "The bad news is it is missing its cast."</div> <div> "Good lets go," I said running.</div> <div> "Hold it," she yelled.  "You're going the wrong way."</div> <div> "Sorry," I said turning around and following her.</div> <div> We walked for a good long time until we reached a meadow.</div> <div> "Wow," I said looking around.</div> <div> "What are you wowing about?" Sara said.</div> <div> "Right here," Jen said walking away from us and pointing to the ground.</div> <div> "It's Cyndaquil's cast," I said picking it up, and getting pricked on the thumb, I quickly dropped the cast in pain.</div> <div> "What?" Sara said about to pick it up.</div> <div> "No stop," Jen yelled.</div> <div> "What is wrong?" she said.</div> <div> "Don't you see?" Jen said picking something off the cast.  "A white long needle like a Pin Missile attack," she said looking at it.</div> <div> "Cyndaquil must have been attacked by a Beedrill!" I said panicking.</div> <div> "Don't panick," Sara said.  "Cydnaquils have the advantage against Beedrills."</div> <div> "Yeah, but still what if 5 Beedrills attacked Cyndaquil?" I said worried.</div> <div> "Yeah but what are the chances of that happening?" Jen said.</div> <bR> <div> <B>Cyndaquil</B></div> <bR> <div> I awoke on a kind of bed that I had at home.  For a second I thought I was home until I tried to stand up and felt this immense pain come over me.  I fell back down.  My vision was still blurry but it was clearing up.  A brown something walked around in the place or niche I was in.</div> <div> "Are you okay?" she said.</div> <div> "Yes," I said but I wasn't really I had a major headache and my cast was gone.</div> <div> "Thank you," she said walking up and licking me in the face.</div> <div> "Are you the same Eevee that I meat in the forest?" I said.</div> <div> "Yes," she said.  "My name is Dreama," she added.</div> <div> My name is," I pause for a second, I never liked the name Smokey or "Smoked" so I decide right then and there I need a new name.  "Sod."</div> <div> "Thank you again Sod," she said.</div> <div> "It wasn't nothing," I said my vision had started to clear up.</div> <div> "What happen to my cast," I said.</div> <div> "It saved our lives," she said.  "We were both poison and our healer made a remedy out of your `cast' as you call it, they left it in the meadow that we they found us."</div> <div> "I need it my leg is broken," I said.</div> <div> "You need not worry about that one of my kind has already send for Espira she will heal your leg when she arrives," Dreama said.</div> <div> "You don't have that much contact with humans?" I said.</div> <div> "No we stay away from them for our protection," Dreama said.</div> <div> "Why are those Beedrill after you?" I asked.</div> <div> "The Beedrill are a growing species and they want to take over the area," Dreama said.</div> <div> "Why don't you fight back?" I asked.</div> <div> "We-"</div> <div> "That is enough questions," a strong female voice said when it came into the room it was a Pokémon I had never seen.</div> <div> "What kind of Pokémon are you?" I asked.</div> <div> "I am a Espeon," she said.</div> <div> "Ohh are you here to heal me?" I asked.</div> <div> "Yes now don't move," she said.</div> <div> "Okay," I said.</div> <div> "Morning Sun," she yelled as the light in the room got bright then like a beam of it seem to concentrate on my broke leg when the light stop shinning bright I tried to stand up.  When I put pressure on my leg it didn't hurt at all.</div> <div> "Wow that is amazing," I said.</div> <div> "It is the least we can I do you did save Dreama from those Beedrills," Espira said.  "Now I must go," she said turning around and leaving the room.</div> <div> "How do you feel?" Dreama asked.</div> <div> "I feel great," I said walking around the niche.</div> <div> "Good bec-" as she said that a Pokémon burst into the room.</div> <div> "Where is he?" the Pokémon said.</div> <div> "You're a Squirtle right?" I asked pointing at the Pokémon.</div> <div> "Yeah Iced the name," he said.  "Is he going to do it?"</div> <div> "Do what?" I said.</div> <div> "You haven't told him yet have you?" he said.</div> <div> "Okay, the reason I was out in the woods alone was because I want to run away." </div> <div> "Why?" I said.</div> <div> "She doesn't like it here," Iced said. "I was abandoned by my trainer because I didn't want to evolve and-"</div> <div> "Is this about you or me," Dreama said interrupting Iced.</div> <div> "I was getting up to you "D"," he said in a stern voice.  "Anyway, I was walking through the forest feeling all sad and lonely when I saw Dreama here crying.  When I asked her why she said she was suppose to evolve to a new Pokémon because she was the princess and she didn't want to, it was kind of ironic because we both didn't want to evolve.  Only she was going to be forced."</div> <div> "Yeah," I said remembering how sad I was when I found out I couldn't evolve and here the Princess and Iced was trying not to evolve.</div> <div> "So I volunteered to take on the V-Counsel to get them to let the Princess not evolve," he said this time with his fist clenched.  "I had to fight the Pokémon who was my type an Vaporeon name Valor, I lost to him."</div> <div> "So what does this have to do with me?" I asked.</div> <div> "We want you to take on the V-Counsel and free Princess D from evolving" Iced said.</div> <div> "I don't know all I want to do is get home to Fire Island I wasn't expecting this!" I said surprised.</div> <div> "Please, I know you saved my live once but…" she said.</div> <div> "But I can't evolve," I said.</div> <div> "So I don't want to she doesn't want to you have to help us," Iced said.</div> <div> "Okay so what do I do," I said.</div> <div> "First we eat," Dreama said leaving the niche followed by Iced I followed behind him.</div> <div> We discussed the plan and how I would go about getting my match while we ate.</div> <div> "All you have to say is that you want the princess as your own," Iced.</div> <div> "I do?" I said.</div> <div> "Yes," he said.</div> <div> "What if I don't win?" I asked taking a bit of my apple.</div> <div> "I will be punished severely," the princess said.</div> <div> "Okay but this isn't what I came here to do?" I said.</div> <div> "Don't worry we wont hold you responsible," she said.</div> <div> The next day we headed to where the counsel met in a field surrounded by mountains.  It took us a long time to get there no human would ever think of going there to find Pokémon.</div> <div> "Princess what is the meaning of this?" one of the counselors said when they saw us appear.</div> <div> "He is a Jolteon name Volt," Iced whispered into my ears.</div> <div> "I hope he hasn't come back to challenge me," the Vaporeon named Valor said with arrogance in his voice as he looked at Iced.</div> <div> "Don't worry I haven't," he said smiling.</div> <div> "He just insulted you," I said.</div> <div> "He did?" Iced said.</div> <div> "Princess don't tell me the hero who saved you is going to challenge us," Espira said.</div> <div> "Yes I am my name is Sod, I want the princess as my own," I said remembering what Iced had told me.</div> <div> "Okay the rules say that anyone who wants the princess must battle the Pokémon of his type," Valor with that same arrogance in his voice said.</div> <div> "Princess you must reconsider you have to evolve to Umbreon," Espira said.</div> <div> "No, I don't want to evolve," the princess said.</div> <div> "Fine then he must battle me Flera," the Flareon said standing up.</div> <div> "Okay," I said.</div> <div> We walked into the open field to have our match.</div> <div> "Ready to lose?" Flera said.</div> <div> "No," I said tired of there arrogance.</div> <div> "Begin," Espira said.</div> <div> "Don't think I will go easy on you just because you saved the princess," she said.</div> <div> "Good I didn't want you to," I said feeling good because now I could battle at a 100% with my healed leg.</div> <div> "Ember Shot," she yelled shooting out an Ember ball.</div> <div> I ducked under the attack and charge the Flareon trying to tackle it but the Pokémon jumped up in the air dodging my attack.  While I was recovering she let out 4 ember balls all missing me by inches.</div> <div> "Okay time to fight fire with fire," I yelled powering up.</div> <div> "Finally," Iced said.</div> <div> "Ember spread," I said shooting out 5 ember balls at once they were small but fast.  She dodged them all and started to let out a Flamethrower.  I jumped out of the way of the attack.</div> <div> "Leer," the Pokémon yelled as its eyes started to glow.  I lost concentration and stared into the eyes I felt my flame start to demise.  I snapped out of it just as she hit me with Double-Edge sending my flying.  I did a back flip and landed on all fours.  When I looked up she was nowhere to be found.</div> <div> "Where did she go?" I said.</div> <div> "Look out," I heard Dreama yelled, I turned around to see Flera hit me head on, probably with a Quick Attack. I fell down, then the Pokémon jumped on top of me, using a Body Slam and released Smog right in my face.  I breathe in some of the smoke and cough my head was starting to hurt again.  She jumped off me and took a fighting stance.</div> <div> "Give up?" she asked.</div> <div> "No," I weakly replied and slowly stood up.  She was a lot stronger than I had thought.</div> <div> "Okay time to finish this," she yelled.</div> <div> I ran towards her getting ready to hit here with a Headbutt but when I got right in front of her she kicked up sand right in my face blinding me.  I couldn't see anything then I got hit with a fire attack I think it was Flamethrower.  I got sent flying crashing on the ground.</div> <div> "No," Dreama said.</div> <div> "Oh no," Iced said.</div> <div> I felt weird like something was happening to me.  I opened my eyes to see that I was glowing.</div> <div> "He is evolving," Espira said.</div> <div> I thought I was I started to feel like all the pain I had was going away then I felt something like fire all over me.  Then all this fire exploded all around me, like my flame on my back.  It didn't hurt; I started to feel like I was getting stronger.</div> <div> "What I have never seen any fire attack like that," Flera said.</div> <div> "Its like a fire shield," Dreama said.</div> <div> "A Cyndasheild," Iced said giving it a name.</div> <div> "A Cyndasheild," I said.</div> <div> "It doesn't matter I can still beat you," the Flareon said charging me probably going for a Skull Bash.</div> <div> "Ember," I said making the ball of fire but this one felt different like it was more powerful, like this "Cyndashield" was giving it more power.  I released the attack that was two times bigger than any other ember ball I had seen, it hit Flera sending the Pokémon flying back and crashing on the ground.</div> <div> "Uhh," she said slowly getting up.  "I don't know what that "shield" is but it is giving him more power. In all my life I have never been hit with an Ember attack that strong."</div> <div> "Are we going to finish this?" I said feeling good with all this new power.  I felt almost invincible.</div> <div> "Yes," she said releasing a huge Flamethrower attack.  I released one big Ember Ball which cut threw the attack knocking the Flareon over again.  I started running toward her as fast as I could, as she stood up I hit her in the stomach sending her flying when she it the ground there were three of her.</div> <div> "What?" there is no way they could be that many Flareons.</div> <div> "Double Team, it makes there seem that there is more than one Pokémon on of them is her," Iced yelled.</div> <div> "Ha ha ha let see you find me now," all three Flareon said.</div> <div> I had this new attack and it wasn't helping me with this situation.</div> <div> The Three Flareon started running as fast as they could, I lost site of the "Pokémons", I turned around to see Flera about to hit me I let out an Ember ball that went right threw the Pokémon.  Clone!  Out of the corner of my eye I saw another Flera I thought it was the fake on but it wasn't it hit me full speed knocking me over, I stood back up.</div> <div> "Swift should work," I said shooting out the stars in different directions.</div> <div> "Uhh," the Pokémon said getting hit.  Focused where the noise came from and let out a Flamethrower attack.  It hit the Pokémon as it fell down.</div> <div> "No," she yelled getting up.  "I won't lose."</div> <div> "Sod finish her off," Iced yelled.</div> <div> "Flamethrower," I yelled letting out the biggest Flamethrower I could.</div> <div> "No," Flera yelled sending her own Flamethrower.</div> <div> The two attacks met up in the middle of the field.  Hers was stronger at first but I used all my energy and over powered her my Flamethrower attack hit her knocking her out.</div> <div> "What?" Valor said angrily.</div> <div> "She has lost," Espira said.</div> <div>  "You did it," Iced yelled.</div> <div> "Yeah," I said turning off my flame and shield.  Only after I did that did I feel extremely tired. I feel down from the exhaustion.</div> <div> "You okay," Iced said.</div> <div> "Yes he is," Princess Dreama said walking up to me and licking me in the face.</div> <div> "Princess your hero has once again saved you.  You are free to go now you don't have to evolve into Umbreon we will find Eevee who is worthy enough," Volt said with that same arrogance.</div> <div> After that we headed back to the niche, it seemed to take a lot longer than it took to get there, probably because I was still exhausted from the battle.  We reached back to the camp to see something that we never wanted to see.  All the Eevee's were under attack by about 50 Beedrills and they were losing.</div> <div> "What?" Iced yelled.</div> <div> "We have to help," Dreama said.</div> <div> "No you stay here remember what happen last time," I said reminding her how she got poison.</div> <div> "No, I must," she yelled.</div> <div> "No he is right wait here," Iced said.  "I know you must be tired from the battle against Flera…"</div> <div> "No," I said lying.  "Lets go."</div> <div> We ran towards the closest group of Beedrill, who were attacking some kits.  Iced let out a Bubble attack that knocked away 2 of the Beedrills the other turned around to see us.</div> <div> "Stop!" Iced yelled.</div> <div> "Yeah," I said powering up but it wasn't as big a usually because I was tired.</div> <div> "Please," the one who looked like the leader said.  "Get them!"</div> <div> "Split up," Iced yelled running in one direction 2 Beedrills followed him, I took off in a different direction as 3 Beedrills followed me.</div> <div> I tried to concentrate on the "Cyndashield" but I couldn't seem to recreate the shield, maybe because I was tired.</div> <div> "Uhh," one of the Beedrills yelled.  I turned around to see Pin Missiles aimed right at me I shot out an Ember ball and burned the attack.</div> <div> "Hey you're the Pokémon that beat up 5 Beedrills," one said.</div> <div> "Yeah so you better watch out," I said releasing another Ember Ball, they scattered using Agility.</div> <div> "Darn where did they go?" I said.</div> <div> I saw a blur out of the corner of my eye and ducked, he missed barely by an inch of my head.</div> <div>  I shot out an Ember Ball where it had come from but no one was there.</div> <div> "Lets get him," I heard a Beedrill yell when I looked behind me 20 Beedrills were attacking Iced he was having a hard time holding them off.</div> <div> "Stop," I yelled shooting about 3 Ember balls aimed at the first Beedrills, they hit 3 of them they fell to the ground.</div> <div> I notice a blur out of the corner of my eye but I couldn't dodge it in time I got a cut along the side of my face.  Then all the Beedrills appeared 50 of them surrounding me, Iced was knocked out inside his shell.</div> <div> "Give up," they asked.</div> <div> "No," I said.</div> <bR> <div> <B>To Be Continued…</B></div> </td> </tr></table></body>
