I stopped running after them and propped myself up against a tree so I could catch my breath. Just then I realized that I only had Marril and Tauros </div> <div> with me. If I wanted to rescue Silver and my pokémon I would have to transfer some more </div> <div> of my pokémon to myself. But What would stop the dame deceiver from using his stasis field </div> <div> weapon on them. I had only a vague idea but I hoped it word work. I took my pokédex out </div> <div> of a pocket and flipped it open. It quickly verified that I only had 2 pokémon with me and I pushed a few buttons on it. 3 Pokéballs Materialized out of thin air in front of me and landed gently on the grass covered ground. I had Selected Onix, Machop and Porygon. </div> <div> All of them very solid choices out of my growing team. I had left two slots open on purpose incase I came across a wild pokémon that could be helpful. I did not want to rest for long </div> <div> but I forced my self to. There was no way I could save Silver if I collapsed from weakness. </div> <div> ******************************************************************** </div> <div> Somewhere in Viridian city Jason ,Jana and Slowking all members of Project Missile stood at attention before a desk. "Dame Those Deceivers. They are ruining the plan. We can't allow them to distract Gold for long. He is pivotal to everything. You two give Gold this disk. </div> <div> It has the location of the place the Deceivers have taken Silver... But make Gold work for it." </div> <div> said the man that was sitting at the desk. He handed Jason a small pokegear data card. </div> <div> "As you wish Boss" Said Jason. The Trio then held hands and disappeared in a small flash of light. </div> <div> Once they were gone the man felt a warm breeze on his neck and looked up to see the </div> <div> window open and a large glowing pokémon. "Ah we meet again my friend. What brings you </div> <div> to my humble home?" he asked the pokémon. "You know as Well as I do the Legend. </div> <div> This is but a trail for Gold and not something that will ruin the project. You must have faith that Gold will pass this test because it is but one of many to come. " said the Pokémon. </div> <div> "Well the tablet did mention many trails...this must be one of them." said the man with relief in his voice. "How is the cloning project going?" asked the Pokémon. </div> <div> The man smiled. "Gary took the bait just like you said he would. He has labs in three strategic locations. Ironically one of them is on New Island right where the original lab was. Once he is done we should be ready for the next step"said the man. </div> <div> "You did rig the information about the machines like I told you" said the Pokémon. </div> <div> "Of course I did." replied the man defensively. "Good" said the pokémon. The Glowing pokémon then turned and flew out the window. "I'm glad now that I'm making up for my past mistakes" Said the man as he watched the pokémon leave. </div> <div> ******************************************************************** </div> <div> I was just about to continue off in the direction where the craft had gone when I saw Project Missile Teleport a few feet in front of me. "What do you want. I'm kind of busy trying to save my Girlfriend and Pokémon at the moment." I said with frustration in my voice. </div> <div> "Why we knew that already. That's why we are here." said Jana. </div> <div> "You do? How do you know that? Oh never mind. Do you know anything about were they took Silver?" I asked. </div> <div> "We Know exactly were they took her. Our organization keeps track of things all around they world. It's our business to watch the Important and well know trainers like yourself." Said Jason. "Ok please tell me where they took her" I said. </div> <div> "Only if you beat us I a Pokémon battle. If you can't beat us then you don't stand a chance of Saving your girlfriend." Said Slowking. "But I don't Know If I can beat you. I lost the last time we fought remember" I said. I was unsure of facing them again. If I lost it would be a big waste of time. "Well if your afraid to battle us then you'll never know how to find her" </div> <div> Said Jason. I knew he was right. "Ok Have it your why. Let's get this over with" I said. </div> <div> "The battle will be three on three with no time limit" Said Slowking. He paused for a second and then continued. "Let the battle begin." "I chose you Machop" I called as I throw out a pokéball. "Go Miltank" Called Jason. I had read about Miltank they we always female </div> <div> and there milk is valued for it's healing powers. Machop stretched his strong arms and watched </div> <div> the Miltank pat it's belly like it was a sumo wrestler. "Machop Use Karate Chop" </div> <div> Machop dashed towards Miltake and hit it in the stomach with a powerful Karate Chop. The Blow bounced off somewhat and the Miltake looked like it had barely felt it. </div> <div> "Miltank Stomp" Miltank quickly turned and Stuck Machop in the torso with her back hooves. </div> <div> Machop reeled back wards but quickly steadied him self. </div> <div> "Miltank use Roll out" called Jason. Miltank rolled into a ball and started to roll at high sped towards Machop. "Machop Cross Chop" Machop hit the Miltank with two quick chops. </div> <div> on both sides. But it didn't even slow the Miltank down and Miltank plowed into </div> <div> him knocking him back and into the ground hard. Luckily the roll out was not at full power </div> <div> so it didn't knock Machop out. Machop quickly jumped to his feet just as the Miltank </div> <div> came around again. "Machop jump to the side at the last second and then Low kick it." </div> <div> Just as the Miltank was going to plow into him Machop jumped to the side and then </div> <div> kicked Miltank. Miltank let out a loud "Moo" as the kick knocked it off balance and she </div> <div> crashed into a tree. "Machop Mega Punch" Just as the Miltank turned around Machop let lose with a punch to the face knocking Miltank into the tree again and causing it to faint. </div> <div> "Miltank Return, I see you have improved." Said Jason. Jana took out a pokéball. </div> <div> "Let's see your Machop handle this. Go Fearow." She threw her pokéball and a Fearow </div> <div> materialized. It flapped it's large wings gracefully and Hovered in the air. </div> <div> "Fearow use your drill peck." Called Jana. Energy started to swirl around Fearow's beak in a drilling motion and then shot forward and stuck Machop head stunning him. "Finish it off with Peck" Ordered Jana. The Fearow fly quickly towards Machop and then stuck him with several </div> <div> lightning fast blows using it's beak. When It stopped Machop slumped to the ground and was clear that he was unconscious. "You did a good job Machop, Return. I chose Onix." </div> <div> Onix let out a mighty battle roar. "Fearow Drill peck" Energy started to swirl around Fearow's beak again then shot forward but when it hit onix it dissipated and Onix didn't even seem to feel it. "Onix Use Rock Slide" I called. Onix opened his mouth and a rapidly fired some rocks </div> <div> at the Fearow. Fearow tried to dodge them but couldn't because of it's size and one of them </div> <div> stuck it's mid section causing it to crash land. "Ok Onix use Slam" Onix slammed it's tail into the fallen Fearow knocking it out. "Return Fearow" says Jana as she calls her pokémon back. </div> <div> "It's my turn to battle now" says Slowking. He then quickly jumps into the ring. </div> <div> "Onix Return. I'm don't want you to fight him." I said. </div> <div> "Very wise" said Slowking. "I chose Porygon" I threw a pokéball and Porygon appeared and waved it's limbs happily. "Ok Porygon Tri Attack" Porygon's nose glowed and </div> <div> then he fired a triangular beam at Slowking. Slowking not having time to dodged took the beam head on. Slowking took a step backwards but quickly recovered from the blow and </div> <div> attacked with water gun. "Porygon conversion" Porygon changed into a U shape (Note </div> <div> Porygon can change shapes. I've seen the lost episode in Japanese) and the water curved and shot back at Slowking drenching him. Porygon changed back into his normal shape. </div> <div> "Ok Porygon harden then tackle" Porygon glowed causing him to become extra hard and then he rammed into Slowking. Slowking fell down stunned. "Now Porygon Finish him with another tackle" Porygon rammed into Slowking again. "Ok I give up" said Slowking. </div> <div> He got up and dusted himself off. Jason tossed me a small pokegear expansion chip. </div> <div> "I believe this is what you wanted." He said. I entered the chip into my pokegear and </div> <div> a map of Indigo island popped up. I noticed there was a flashing dot just beyond were the safari zone was. "Look's like I'm going to have to go thought the Safari zone to get to her." I said. </div> <div> "Good luck getting into the Safari Zone Gold. It's very expensive now a days." Said Jana. </div> <div> "I'll find a way in. To get to Fuchsia city I'll have to cross The Bike Path bridge. " I said. </div> <div> Jana and Jason waved good bye and they teleported away. </div> <div> "Were not too far away from that Bridge. Come on let's go" I said to Marill and Porygon. </div> <div> I returned Porygon to his pokéball and picked up marill then began heading towards the Bridge. </div> <bR> <div> Chapter 32</div> <bR> <div> After a few minutes of walking I left the denser part of the forest and found the path that </div> <div> lead to the Bike path bridge. I could see the bridge and it looked to be about a half hour walk away from my current location. How am I going to get across I wondered. I don't have a bike... Maybe I could rent on. I went into the town in front of the bridge and looked around for a while. Finally a game to a Bike Rental store. For some reason the store was empty except for the clerk he seemed relived to see me. "I haven't had any busyness all week." He said. "How come" I asked. He hesitated for a second then told me. </div> <div> "Well everyone who tries to cross the bridge has had there pokemon stolen... Now no one wants to rent my bikes." I sighed. "I bet it's the shadow gang. Well they won't stop me. How much is it for a good bike" I asked. Once he told me I paid and chose a red speed bike. </div> <div> "This looks prefect for getting across that bridge fast" I said. Once I was outside of the store </div> <div> I mounted the bike and placed Marill in my backpack so that he would not fall off. It was easy going to get to the Bridge. The area was completely deserted and only a few Pidgey flew over head. After a few hours of travel I reached the center of the bridge. Up ahead I could see what looked like to police officers on motorcycles and near then was a very large object covered with a white cloth. On off the Police officers held up an Arm. "Stop. We need to inspect your pokemon". I looked at them wearily. "You don't think I'm going to fall for that do you?" I said to them. The looked at me angrily and tore off the Police uniforms revealing that dark shadow gang uniforms underneath. "Prepare<I> for total fear And everlasting tears. </I></div> <div> <I>To be the bearers of devastation... To destroy all life in ev'ry nation... To obliterate the evils of love and light! To bring absolute chaos to the heavens bright! Shadow Gang, destruction by the cover of the night. Surrender now, or to the death we will fight. " </I></div> <div> They Said. I yawned at them. "Bring it on" I said as I chose a pokeball. "Go Machop" </div> <div> I called as I threw it. One of the shadows smirked and let out a Kangaskhan. It looked tough </div> <div> and I noticed there was nothing in it's pouch. </div> <div> The other shadow just stood there watching. "I'm surprise that your actually playing far for a change" I said. The first shadow shrugged. "With this pokemon we don't need to cheat" he said. "Machop use a Karate Chop" Machop nodded slightly then jumped at the Kangaskhan </div> <div> and chopped it. Kangaskhan simply yawned in reaction to the blow. "Use your Comet Punch" </div> <div> Ordered the Shadow. Kangaskhan pulled back it's arm and then punched Machop quickly. </div> <div> Machop flew backwards and landed hard. He slowly got back up again. </div> <div> "Machop Focus your energy" I called. He nodded and began to glow slightly at first the then the glow intensified. "That's too strong for that move... I think he's evolving" I said. </div> <div> I took out my pokedex and opened it. It quickly confirmed that I was right. </div> <div> "Quick Kangaskhan use your tail whip" order the shadow. "grab that tail and then use your seismic toss attack" I called. The newly evolved Machoke caught the tail and then quickly span around in a circle. The momentum of his spinning easily caused Kangaskhan to be lifted into the air. He quickly let go of the tail and stopped spinning and Kangaskan went flying of the bridge and into the water. I could hear it splashing and the shadow quickly went over to the rail and recalled his pokemon. "All right so you got lucky. It ain't going to happen again" said the second shadow as he selected a pokeball. "Go Fearow. Teach this whelp a lesson in fear." </div> <div> Said the shadow. As soon as the Fearow materialized it unfolded it's large wings and let out a loud screech. "Ohh I'm soooo scared... Not. I chose Onix." The Fearow circled around and flew towards Onix. I waited until the Fearow was in pecking rang of Onix and then quickly gave an order. "Onix use rock slide" Onix opened his mouth and spewed out rocks. </div> <div> Fearow tried to get out of the way of the rocks but was just to close to Onix to avoid them and they slammed into it's torso and wings causing it to crash land on the bridge. The shadow fumbled for his pokeball and recalled the grounded Fearow. </div> <div> "Good work Onix. You showed them just how pathetic they are by knocking that pokemon out in one hit." I said. The Two rockets looked at the large object covered in cloth. </div> <div> "We're not going to let some punk teenager make us look bad. Activate the Snorbot then take his pokemon." Said one of the shadows. The other shadow tore the cloth of the object. </div> <div> I could see now that is was a Snorlax Mecha. The first shadow opened a hatch on the back and climbed in then closed the hatch. "Me and my big mouth" I muttered to myself. I quickly </div> <div> thought of a way to defeat the mecha. I could only hope that it's operation depended on a computer system. I knew from the stories that Ash told me of team rocket that not all of there </div> <div> mecha had computer systems but that most did. I'd have to try my luck and hope I came up on top. Of course it things got rough I might be able to outbike it. "I chose Tauros. Hit it with a stomp attack." Tauros grunted and stuck the Snorlax mecha in the gut area with it's front </div> <div> hooves causing a small dent. The Snorlax mecha tried to swing it's fist into Tauros but missed narrowly. "Tauros Focus on that Dent and hit it with your best Horn attack" I ordered. </div> <div> Tauros Charged at the Snorlax mecha causing the bridge to shade and then slammed into it head first. One of his horns hit the dent right in the center causing it to crack and expose a wire. "Perfect. Good Job Tauros. Go Porygon enter that mecha's computer system and shut it town." Porygon appeared and shot forward and into the wire. The Mecha tried to punch Tauros again but froze in midpunch. Porygon quickly reappeared. "All right Porygon. Give me a high five." Porygon flew over to me and tapped my raised hand with one of his appendages. </div> <div> I heard a banging from within the Snorlax Mecha. The Operator was trying to get out but Porygon had locked it and damaged the manual override with a psybeam attack. The other Shadow looked like he was about to explode with anger. I smiled. "The police will be hear any second now. I activated my pokegear just before you said you motto and phoned 911." </div> <div> I said to him. "You ain't putting me in the slammer. Go Magby." He threw a pokeball and a </div> <div> new pokemon appeared. It was one of the new pokemon that I didn't know everything about. </div> <div> I quickly pulled out my pokedex. "Magby the Baby form of Magmar. Magby is hot but not nearly as dangerous as it's evolved form." Said my pokedex. "Is that all you've got left? You're just wasting my time. I chose Marill." My backpack shock a little and Marill popped out of it. "Marill" he cried as he assumed a battle stance. "Marill use water gun." Marill opened his mouth and a stream of water poured out and struck Magby drenching the small flame pokemon and causing steam to rise from it. The Magby yelled out and ran behind it's trainer. </div> <div> Marill continued to spray water and drenched the shadow. I couldn't resist taunting him. </div> <div> "Look's like your all washed up." I said to him. "Nice Work Marill. You all did great today" I said to all me pokemon as I returned them to there pokeballs and picked up marill and held him in my arms. I could already hear some sirens. An Officer Jennie and two other cops pulled up on motorcycles. "Are you ok" asked Officer Jennie. "Sure I'm fine thanks to my pokemon. Two shadow gang members disguised them self as police and demanded that I handed over my pokemon. But they didn't have the proper papers so I refused. They revealed themselves and tried to take my pokemon by force but my pokemon beat there pokemon easily so they used there secret weapon, A Snorlax Mecha. If you look inside you'll find the second shadow. I also stooped that guy there from escaping." I said as I pointed to the wet shadow gang member. Officer Jennie seemed surprised. "And you did this all by yourself?" she asked. "Of course not. I had my pokemon. Now if you'll excuse me I've got a girlfriend to save." I left the officers behind to arrest the shadows and continued on my way. </div> <div> I knew I would be in Fuchsia soon but I wasn't sure how I would get into the Safari Zone. I sure didn't have the money it cost to be alllowed in. I decided I'd cross that bridge when I got to it. </div> <div> Next:One The Mark</div> <bR> <div> Chapter 33</div> <bR> <div> Right after The Loss of What One Holds dear</div> <div> What happend to Brian during The Bridge Pass</div> <bR> <div> I stood leaning agents a tree in a quite forest</div> <div> outside of Cerulean city and was talking to a good</div> <div> friend of mine Dave from Pewter City. Out of the blue</div> <div> I said. "So what's you hopes and dreams? I want to be</div> <div> the worlds best gym leader" He looked at me with his</div> <div> hard gental smile. "I'm going to be the worlds best</div> <div> trainer,no matter what...Just like Ash" he said and I</div> <div> replied. "You remind me of my good friend Gold Star</div> <div> from Pallet. It's going to be hard to beat him."</div> <div> and nodded. "I'll cross that road when I come to it.</div> <div> I'v still got a lot of training to do." then I heard</div> <div> a russle and a man in a black suit with a red s on the</div> <div> front stepped out of some bushes. Dave looked at the</div> <div> suit and jumped exciedly. "That's a cool coustume.</div> <div> When I'm a pokemon master I'll wear something like</div> <div> that." he said. The man scowled "Don't you know</div> <div> anything. I'm part of the orginazation called the</div> <div> shadow gang, Where not cool, Where EVIL. We use</div> <div> pokemon for out dirty busness. I overheard you talking</div> <div> about pokemon. If you have any handem over right away</div> <div> and you might not get hurt" he said.</div> <div> "If you want our pokemon so bad you'll have to battle</div> <div> us for them" I said. Dave noodded in agreament. "Yah</div> <div> where not going to lose to some skiny punk like you."</div> <div> He said. The shadow gang menber raised his fist at us</div> <div> and we could see his face turn red in anger. "You</div> <div> punks will regreat your worlds." And he sends out a</div> <div> Pidgeotto and a Lickitung. "That's agensts Dream</div> <div> league</div> <div> rules. Shoulden't any half decent trainer know that?"</div> <div> I said. The shadow just smiled evile and said. "I make</div> <div> the rules here" and Dave's says in an excited voice.</div> <div> "So that meens we can use two pokemon as well"</div> <div> So then Dave and I both throw a pokeball and say</div> <div> "Pokeball go" at the same time"</div> <div> *******************************************************</div> <div> Suddenly someone tapped me on the shoulder wakeing me</div> <div> from my daydream of the past. I looked up to see that</div> <div> it was my compaion Kyle Annon."Brian snap out of it."</div> <div> "What's the matter Kyle?" I said as he looked at me in</div> <div> destress. Finish That</div> <div> Totodile with a slam attack." said one of the Decivers</div> <div> Furret lunged forward</div> <div> and Suddenly got hit with a huge stream of water</div> <div> causing it to go flying back. The Furret slams into</div> <div> the ground and it's out cold. The Decivers look a</div> <div> little nurvious. "We still have two pokemon left.</div> <div> Charge" The Beedrill and the Ledian charge my pokemon.</div> <div> "Sandslash knock those pokemon back into there</div> <div> trainer." Sandslash quickly slashs theme hard casueing</div> <div> them to flyback into the decivers. "Totodile drench</div> <div> them with your water gun" Totodile sprays them with</div> <div> water getting them and there pokemon soaking wet.</div> <div> "Jolteon Thunderbolt" Jolteon fired a blot of</div> <div> electricty at them frying them. When Jolteon finished</div> <div> Larvitar smiled at them and then used rollout and</div> <div> smacked into them causeing them to go flying.</div> <div> I looked at where they where and notice that they had</div> <div> droped a card. I picked it up and examined it. It had</div> <div> the letters SZ on it. I'm a little different from the average pokemon trainer...you see instead of wanting to become a pokemon master I want to become a Growlith/Arcanine Master. How many people do you know that can say that? </div> <div> I'm currently on my way back home to battle at the local gym. But becuse the local festival </div> <div> that takes place near the Safari zone is being held now I decied to stop by there first and have a good time. My Journay began when my family traveled to Pallet town so I could regester as a pokemon trainer and so that my dad could meet one of the Elite 4 members. </div> <div> At Prof.Oak's lab his top studient Gold gave me my pokemon trainers test(which I passed with flying colours). Gold and I parted as friends. When I left Pallet to go on my pokemon journay I ran into Gold and his friends Silver and Brian, we decied to travel togeter and from there we had a few adventures. The Biggest one was when we took a trip onboard the Saint Ann 2 and wound up defeating a secret orginzation called the Decivers. I even got to see the legendary pokemon Lugia. Gold even got to ride him. Opps I forgot to mention that Gold was taught about pokemon by none other then the legendary Ash Ketchum. Gold had </div> <div> studyed all his life for the day when he could be a pokemon trainer and belive me he sure is good at it. Just the other day something happend to Silver when she was away from the group. Gold ran after her and never came back. After awhile Brian and I decied to contiue on our way and Brian left so now I'm by myself...well except for Marko(my Growlith) and my other pokemon. It's been a while so let me fill you in on a few things. </div> <div> When in the Viridian Forest I caught a Pikachu(Jewel) and a Caterpie. I spent a hole week traing my Caterpie intell it evolved into a Butterfree. Becuse of Butterfree I was able to win a Boulder Badge from Shale. Before we got to mount moon I caught a Jigglypuff. I was very lucky to catch it. I diden't battle at Moon Towns unoffical gym becuse my pokemon we tired at the time. Pikachu and Jigglypuff tounced Oceana winning me a Cascade badge. When we headed to Bills I was very lucky when I caught a Vulpix. </div> <div> Marko and Jigglypuff beat Vincent earning me a Thunder badge. After the Saint Ann 2 inceadent I battled Silver for a rare water/dragon type Horsea and then we visited the Rock tunnel and I caught a Machop. When we vistied Lavender town I diden't battle at the local gym/radio tower. On the way to Celadon city I caught a Sunkern my only neo pokemon. At The Celadon gym Marko and Vulpix won my battle with Rose and earned me a Rainbow badge. Then when we we shoping Jewel picked up what she thought was a corndog. </div> <div> It turned out that it was't a corndog...it was a Thunderstone. For the less advanced trainer </div> <div> a Pikachu plus a Thunderstone equals a Raichu. That pritty much brings everyone up to date on things. I'v really got to try and keep better records of what I'm doing. "Number 12 your food is ready" yelled out the food server at the stand nearbuy. I sighed and closed the book I had been wrighting in. It was the first time in a while that I had writen a journal and I wasn't quite done yet. I went over to the stand and picked up my food and paid for it. "Huh what's that?" I asked out loud when I say a slip of paper on the tray. I looked at it closely and saw that it was advertiseing the pokemon grand priee. The winner would recive 2 tickets to the Safari zone as well as become an honorary member of the Laramy clan. Even one of those prizes where worth it buy them selfs. It costs a lot of money to get into the restored Safari zone and being an honorary member of the Laramy clan gives you access to some very strong pokemon. Come to think of it diden't Gold say that Ash was an honorary member of the Laramy clan? It woulden't suprise me considering that Ash is the worlds Number 1 Pokemon Master. Could I enter the race? Nannna None of my pokemon are big enfoe to enter it yet. </div> <div> Mabey I should come back in a few years when Marko is fully evolved and enter then. </div> <div> But it would really be cool to see the race in person. I'v always only gotten to see it on tv in the past. That Porygon's trainer looks fermiular...it looks almost like Gold... wait a second it IS Gold. What's he doing here and where's Silver? Porygon must have converged to be large enofe for Gold to ride it and becuse it's not a flying pokemon it's aloud to enter the race. Suddenly the announcer came on over the pa system. "Trainer's on your mark,get set,go" he called. Suddenly Porygon was out like a rocket with the Ponyta in close presuit. Going up and downhill was easy for Porygon and he even kept pace with an </div> <div> Electrode on the downhill slope. Porygon's normal travel in cyberspace </div> <div> so they can be pritty fast." I said. After watching for another few seconds it became obvious that Gold was going to win the race. I quickly leave the office with Kyle close behind. I looked at the sold metal gates and wonderd what type of metal they were made out of. Takeing a quick look around I qucikly spotted the card machine. "Card Slash" I say out loud as I slash the card throught the machine. "Why did you say that for?" asked Kyle. "It's something I picked up from an anime I watched when I was younger. It just sounds cool" I said. The gates qucikly swung open. "Wow they diden't even so much as squwiek" Said Kyle. We quickly entered the Safari Zone and the gates shut behind us. I looked down at my pokegear and pushed a button on it. The holographic display showed a map of the area and a flashing red dot indicated the decivers base. </div> <div> "It's that Way" I said as I pointed north. We quitly spoted a well worn trail and started to fallow it. After awile we spoted a Tauros and Kyle threw a safari ball at it. The ball struck the </div> <div> Taruos and sucked it it then fell to the ground and shook. After a few seconds it stoped shakeing and Kyle picked it up. "Alright now I'v got my very own Tauros" Said Kyle. </div> <div> "Congratulations Kyle." I said to him. "Thanks Gold. I hope we see a grass pokemon around </div> <div> here" he replied. "A grass pokemon. I'm sure we'll run into one." I said. As we walked Kyle steped on something that looked like a stone in the groud. The stone cried out "Exeggcute" </div> <div> causeing Kyle to jump back. "Kyle that's a grass pokemon why don't you catch it." </div> <div> Kyle nodded. "Right. Safari ball go" Kyle threw another Safari ball and easily caught the somewhat angrey Exeggcute. Kyle held the Safari ball up and said "Sorry for steping on you" to the Exeggcute inside. I looked around the area as we walked and spotted a large pokemon sticking to a tree and sucking it's sap. "It's a Heracross. I reconize it from </div> <div> my books on neo pokemon and from one of Ash's recent letters. It would make the perfect addition to my team." I said. I took out a Safari ball and threw it at the Heracross. </div> <div> The Heracross got sucked into the ball and was easily caught. I picked up the ball and added it to my belt. "I'v only got one slot open still" I said. A few hours later we where almost at the Decivers base. I had failed to catch anymore pokemon but Kyle had caught an Aipom. </div> <div> Marill jumped out of my backpack with his ears twitching. "What is it Marill? Do you hear something?" I asked. Marill nodded and pointed to some tall grass. I moved slowly towards the grass to see if I could get a look at what Marill had heard. Suddnly a Scyther jumped out </div> <div> of the grass and flew right at me. Kyle threw a Safari ball at it but the Scyther batted it away. </div> <div> I quickly graped a Safari ball and waited intell the Scyther was right infront of me. Then I flicked my wrist and tosed the ball at close range. to close for the Scyther to knock it away. </div> <div> The Scyther was sucked into the ball just before it cut me. The ball shook wildly and I took a step backwords incase the Scyther managed to get out. Finaly after a few tense seconds the ball beeped and stoped shacking. I let out a relived sigh. "That was a close one. Well At least I caught it." I said as I picked up the ball and added it to me belt as well. "Now I have 7 Pokemon with me. I hope no one get's between Silver and me otherwise there are going to regreat it." I said with determination. We contiued on our way and Marill jumped back into my backpack. I stoped when I herd a Russle in some more tall grass. "Sounds like another pokemon" I said. Kyle smiled and took out a Safari ball. "This one's mine. Safari ball go" he said as he threw the safari ball into the grass. I heard it smack something hard. "Ow what the heck was that for" said a voice. The grass parted as someone walked thought it. "BRIAN!!" I yelled out in suprise. Kyle looked dumbfounded. "How did you get into the Safari zone?" He asked Brian. Brian tossed Kyle the Safari ball and rubbed a bump on his head. "I have my ways." he said simply. "Did you catch anything?" Asked Gold. "I'll tell you about it later." Brian said. "Well as long as your here you can help us save Silver and my pokemon." I said to him. "Save them from what?" Asked Brian. "Ahh Why don't you explane it to him Kyle. I'm tired of telling it." I said. We started to walk agine and Kyle brought Brian up to date while I thoguht about just how I would go about getting into the Decivers base.
