Katie asked.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>"You never asked," said Wendy.</B></div> <bR> <div> Two Rockets following them…</div> <bR> <div> <B>"Look at those kids," said a girl who was in an air balloon.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>"Don't worry about them Jenny," the boy right next to Jenny said to her.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>"Johnny, we need to stop fooling around and stick with the plan," said Jenny.</B></div> <div> <B>"We need to get their Pokémon while they are distracted," said Johnny.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>"Yes then we will get their Pokémon," said Jenny.</B></div> <bR> <div> Back to Katie and Wendy…</div> <bR> <div> <B>"Oh look there is a Nidoran," said Katie.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>"Let's check out the information on the Pokémon," said Wendy.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B><Nidoran female a Poison Pin Pokémon.  A mild-mannered Pokémon that does not like to fight. Beware; its small horns secrete venom. The female version is quite small, but evolves into the massive Nidoqueen. Mysteriously mates with the male version of Nidoran to create others. The female Nidoran's barbs are smaller than the male's but no less poisonous.  Although small, its venomous barbs render this Pokémon dangerous. The female has smaller horns. ></B></div> <bR> <div> <B>"Oh a Nidoqueen, I'm going to need one of those," Katie said.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>"Go Pidgey," said Katie.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>"Pidgeeeey," said the Pokémon.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>"Pidgey use Quick Attack," said Katie.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>"Pidgey," said the Pokémon flying full speed at a tree then, turning around going straight at Nidoran.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>"Nido," said the shooting out the Poison Sting.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>"Pidd," said the Pokémon getting hit by the Poison Sting.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>"Come on Pidgey, shake it off!" Katie said.  "Now use fly, and then come down with a Quick Attack and Agility.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>"Pidggeey," said the Pokémon Flying up.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>"Nidoran," said the Pokémon shooting out Poison Stings.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>"Pid," said the Pokémon coming down with fly, then Agility.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>"Nido," said the Pokémon still trying to shoot out its Poison Stings.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>"Pidgey," said the Pokémon dodging all the Poison Stings with Agility, and then came down with a Quick Attack.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>"Nido," said the Pokémon in pain.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>"Return Pidgey," said Katie.  "Go for it."</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>"Growlithe," said the Pokémon.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>"Growly use Flamethrower," said Katie.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>"Niiddo," said the Pokémon.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>"I hope I get this one," Katie said throwing the Pokéball.  It shook a couple of times, and then stopped.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>"You caught a Nidoran," said Wendy.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>"I think I know that, I saw it," said Katie.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>"We're Team Rocket," Jenny said coming down from the air balloon.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>"Hey, let's say the motto that Jessie and James say," said Johnny.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>"Prepare for because we got an air balloon."</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>"Make it double, it looks so cool."</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>"To pro-"</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>"Yeah, yeah whatever," Katie said as she and Wendy went forward to Offspring Town.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>"Hey come back here," said Jenny.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>"We haven't finished yet," said Johnny.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>"Oh forget them let's find somebody else," said Jenny.</B></div> <bR> <div> At Offspring Town in the Pokémon Center…</div> <bR> <div> <B>"Nurse Joy I would like to have my Pokémon healed," said Katie.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>"Okay," said Nurse Joy taking Pidgey and Nidoran and giving it to Chansey.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>"Growlithe, you and Pidgey did a good job of weaking Nidoran," said Katie patting Growly.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>"Growly," said the Pokémon.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>"Nurse Joy, is it okay if we can spend the night over here in the Pokémon Center?" Wendy asked.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>"Sure," Nurse Joy said.  "That's fine with me."</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>"Here is your Pokémon," said Nurse Joy.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>"Thanks," said Katie.  "Go."</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>"Nido," said the Pokémon.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>"Why did you let her out of her Pokéball?" Wendy asked.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>"Huh, what did you say? I didn't hear you," Katie said.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>"Why did you let Nidoran out of its Pokéball?" Wendy asked.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>"Speak up," said Katie.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>"WHY DID YOU LET GROWLY OUT OF HIS POKéBALL?" Wendy asked.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>"I didn't let Growly out of his Pokéball, I let him out long time," said Katie.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>"You're so confusing," said Wendy.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>"Well anyway I let out Nidoran to let her get used to me," said Katie.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>Katie talked to Nidoran for a while, but then it was getting dark so they all went to sleep.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>"We are here to take your-." Katie asked.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>"I am Cindy and if it's a battle you want, we will each use two Pokémon," said Cindy.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>"That would be cool I'm Katie," Katie said.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>"I'm Wendy," Wendy said.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>"I don't think she meant to be talking to you… go Nidoran," said Katie calling out her Pokémon.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>"Nidoran," said the Pokémon.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>"Go Poliwhirl," said Cindy.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>"Poli," said the Pokémon.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B><Poliwhirl A Tadpole Pokémon. Poliwag's evolution, Poliwhirl will grow a pair of hands. These will come in handy, resulting in attacks like Doubleslap. Unlike Poliwag, Poliwhirl is fully amphibious. It uses various mental techniques to increase the power of its special attacks. When out of water, it sweats to keep its body slimy. It uses a variety of mind powers, like Amnesia, to make it more powerful. ></B></div> <bR> <div> <B>"Wow that's cool," Katie said.  "Nidoran use Tackle."</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>"Nidoran," said the Pokémon running up to the Pokémon.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>"Poliwhirl, Ice Punch," said Cindy.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>"Poli," said the Pokémon knocking Nidoran up in the air.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>"Nidoran try to get up," said Katie.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>"We shouldn't bother wasting our time in this match you should just give up," Cindy said.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>"Katie, try to make Nidoran use a Poison Sting," said Wendy.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>"Okay," said Katie. "Nidoran Poison Sting."</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>"Poliwhirl use Water Gun," said Cindy.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>"Poli," said the Pokémon.  Poliwhirl's Water Gun cut straight through.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>"Nido," said the Pokémon fainting.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>"Nidoran return… go Pidgey," said Katie.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>"Poliwhirl go for a Water Gun," said Cindy.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>"Pidgey use Agility then, Quick Attack," said Katie.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>"Pidgey," said the Pokémon dodging the Water Gun the going for a Quick Attack.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>"Poli," said the Pokémon in pain.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>"Go for another one," said Katie.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>"Ice Punch," said Cindy.  Pidgey came straight at, but then Poliwhirl went for an Ice Punch; but Pidgey dodged the ice Punch and peck him on the head.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>"Pol," said the Pokémon holding its head.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>"Pidgey use Fly," said Katie.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>"Pidgey," said the Pokémon going for a Fly hitting Poliwhirl, making it faint.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>"Return," said Cindy.  "Go Cloyster."</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>"Cloy," said the Pokémon.</B></div> <div> <B><Cloyster A Bivalve Pokémon. The 'silly' Shellder is very different from Cloyster. After evolution, its stats greatly increase. Cloyster is difficult to defeat, because of its very high defense. Cloyster is encased in another shell, giving it two shells for protection. When attacked, it launches its horns in quick volleys. Its innards have never been seen. Cloyster treats combat more seriously than Shellder, using it's Spike cannon attack to hit it's target up to five times in a row.  ></B></div> <bR> <div> <B>"Wow I definitely need a Pokémon like that," said Katie.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>"Clamp," Cindy said talking to Cloyster.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>"Cloyster," said the Pokémon Clamping Pidgey.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>"Oh no," said Katie walking up to Pidgey.  "Pidgey are you all right?"</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>"Ha this battle is over," said Cindy.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>"Hey look Pidgey is evolving," said Wendy.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>"Pidgeotto," said the Pokémon.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B><Pidgeotto A Bird Pokémon. Unlike their mild-mannered cousin, Pidgeotto are very protective of their sprawling territory. Pidgeotto will fiercely peck or claw at any intruder. You can obtain a Pidgeotto either by capturing one in the wild or by building up a Pidgey. Pidgeotto is much rarer than Pidgey. Uses stronger wind attacks such as Powerful Gust. ></B></div> <bR> <div> <B>"Wow, I got one of the best Pokémon," said Katie.   "Pidgeotto Fly."</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>"Pidgeotto," said the Pokémon.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>"Now come down with a Quick Attack," said Katie.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>"Aurora Beam," said Cindy.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>"Pidgeotto, Agility," said Katie.  "Then Quick Attack."</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>"Pigeotto," said the Pokémon dodging the Aurora Beam, and then coming down with a Quick Attack.  After that, the match was done.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>"Cloyster return," said Cindy.  "You did well here is the Water Badge."</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>"Thanks," said Katie.  "Pigeotto and Nidoran did a great job."</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>"Yes but aren't we missing something?" said Wendy.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>"Yes it's the Team that's the best," said a voice.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>"They are better than the rest," said another.</B></div> <bR> <div> To Be Continued…</div> <bR> <bR> </td> </tr></table></body>
