A cot is also available if required. Television, hair drier and tea and coffee making facilities are available in both rooms.</div> <bR> <div> There is ample car parking space at the front of the property and plenty of garden at the rear for sitting out or for children to play and dogs to wander. </div> <bR> <div> The laundry room adjacent to the kitchen offers a drying facility which is ideal for the walking fraternity and local walks can be enjoyed 'on the doorstep'.   </div> <bR> <div> Our facilities are open all year round.</div> <bR> <div> Cost is £24 per person per night.  This includes a full English breakfast or Continental breakfast if preferred.  </div> <bR> <div> A £50 non-refundable deposit is required on booking.
