They appeared on the All Eyez </div> <div> on Me and Makaveli albums. The Outlawz used to be a part of a larger </div> <div> group called the Plague, but they fell apart and Tupac selected certain </div> <div> members and named them the Outlaw Immortalz. My source tells me that </div> <div> Tupac attended a talent search after he got out of jail in search of new </div> <div> talent for his back-up group. The prize was a chance to record with a </div> <div> Death Row artist. This show was reportedly held somewhere in New York </div> <div> and a guy from Montclair, New Jersey had put members of the Plague in </div> <div> the show. There were reportedly 30 members of the Plague but most of </div> <div> them fell off and had run ins with the law etc... My source also told me </div> <div> that the Outlawz still haven't finished the album and that they were </div> <div> considering to breaking up afterwards. The group went under the aliases </div> <div> of world dictators. The next Outlaw was Mussolini a.k.a.
