NEW PROGRAM. - it already Exists a new software to help us to know the propagation, call "ACE-HF" and it was designed by Richard Buckner (former WN5VYK, an indicative one for beginner that had many years ago). Sue Worked together with her wife during many years in Collins Radio of Dallas, carrying out areas of high to be able to in HF and transmitters of VLF. Now that they are retired, and I eat both they are programmers they began to design to design ACE-HF that finally was clever after 16 months. Besides that he has wonderful lively graphics and he offers many variables, that that more it interests it is that it has a great gain of power and a good proportion between sign and noise, what represents a great reliability. More details can see them in http://www.acehf.com  Joe Ahlgren Says, the author of GeoClock, and that it also collaborated in the development of ACE-HF and he also worked in the software of VLF for Collins, it assures that he has many features of a version that existed in the army. For who interests them to know or to remember the famous receivers, it can look for in:

To BEGIN IN RTTY. - Don AA5AU began offering instructions for some operators that didn't have experience in the RTTY. However, he is surprised now of the interest that has generated, and like he knows that it is impossible to be teaching to all individually those that request it, he has decided to create the instructions to operate RTTY in their page web, so much to install the program, like to operate the RTTY with the MMTTY. For this weekend he hopes the place is clever in: http://www.aa5au.com/rtty  Don he also offers to answer any question through their electronic mail, and even to give on-line instructions, to tell them how to operate, in: aa5au@bellsouth.net

PROPAGATION

Tad Cook, K7VVV, points out in its weekly work on the propagation that the conditions continue being bad and the predictions also, the solar flow of the week happened was since hardly in 140 points, that makes difficult, even, a prediction for next week, but it could be around 140 among the 9 and 12 of July. At the end of last month she registered an improvement when the solar flow ascended at 170 but now it doesn't exist any indication that it will happen.

Neil Clarke, G0CAS, tells us in its weekly predictions that the solar activity was very low, since the solar flow hardly arrived to 146 units. The propagation, of new bill, in HF was mediocre although some openings every day was given in 14 MHZ achieving contacts between coast and coast of United States, and in the afternoon Japan was achieved in 18 MHZ, while the expedition to the Guinea was worked in Europe in all the bands in HF. In And-sporadic it was frequently presented, even during half hour in 144 mhz.
In their predictions it points out that one waits a solar activity of low to moderate. The MUFs will be presented during the hours of the light of the day in same latitudes around 25mhz toward the south while in 22 mhz it will be for the north. When the darkness it will be around 15 mhz. The roads between Europe and Australia should have a proportion of success of 50 percent around 23 mhz but with 90 percent of success around 15 mhz and the best moment to prove will be among 0700 1400z.
The conditions for And-sporadic can be suddenly and in form it misses, with some very good days and openings that during most of the day and the following day, anything. Then, the best thing is to continue supervising. The next openings will be given in the week in 28 and 50 mhz, and maybe in 70mhz and 144mhz, but these will be shorter.
