What's a page about animals doing in a website about women's spirituality?  Well, I find that the presence of animals in my life greatly enhances my spiritual well-being.  Through watching my dogs play in the backyard, or welcoming a wild bird into one of my trees, I often feel a sense of happiness and peace.

Many people believe that they have animal spirit guides or totems.  Each different species represents qualities that we may find in ourselves.  By examining these qualities we can learn more about ourselves.
