A Little About Me

My name is Kym.  I live with my husband and our assorted pets in Queensland, Australia.  I'm happy to say that, so far, I've lasted through 32 years of life.  My interests include showing our Siberian Husky and Australian Shepherd in conformation shows, and sitting in front of the television for hours on the weekend watching motor racing.  On a more spiritual side, I am studying the tarot and enjoy yoga.

Spiritually speaking, I grew up in a family that did not follow any particular religion.  Once I'd reached about 15 or so, I started my spiritual search, so to speak.  I was lead to Christianity.  About the time I reached my early twenties though, I became interested in new age philosophies.  Finally, I have found myself drawn to neo-paganism - primarily in the form of Wicca. 

What's with all the changes in my spiritual life?  Well, I look at it as a "progression" due to my life circumstances, etc.  Each "religion" with which I have been involved has opened opportunities for me in my spiritual life.  Ultimately, I was drawn to Wicca because I felt women were left out of the more mainstream religions due to the lack of feminine divinity.
