Sailormoon Gengas
There's no way I could have scanned everything
in but I want to show you a little about the appeal of gengas. First you
can see the process of animation very well -- with choices made right on
paper for you to see (and sometimes in English!). The lines can be a little
rougher and some sketches can be cleaned up. Some can be very, very detailed
and others are just a little, well, quick sketches. It's a very varied
artform that I enjoy collecting!

just love the hair???? This genga is way too large for me to scan and I
haven't mastered the art of putting scans together. You'll have to take
my word for it that her legs double the size of this genga! |
