Arguments
The trio wandered down the streets of Sunnydale, not in much of a hurry to see Giles and the rest of the gang.
"It seems like everything has changed," Willow murmured quietly, surveying the houses around her, "I feel like I've been away forever."
Angel nodded, "Everything seems different, in a familiar way."
Spike glanced at Angel, "You just contradicted yourself, mate."
Angel shook his head, "No I didn't."
"Yes, you did! You said, 'everything seems different, in a familiar way' and different and familiar are contradictions to each other!" Spike argued.
"So what? Why would you care about a little thing like that?" Angel snorted.
"ENOUGH!" Willow shouted. She had been stuck, literally, in the middle of two idiots who had been moving slowly towards each other as they argued. Now they had her squashed to the point of non-breathing. "You guys are so immature!"
"Am not," Spike muttered, toeing the ground with his boot.
"Are too," Angel retorted.
"Not."
"Are."
"Not."
"Are!"
"NOT!"
"STOP!!" Willow screamed again.
"Are." Angel mumbled under his breath.
Spike hissed at him in warning, ready to hit him.
"Okay, that's it, I have had enough! Either you two stop fighting or I put duct tape over your mouths and make you stop!" Willow glared at them both.
No one noticed the odd looks they were getting from the passerby. Either that or no one cared.
The rest of the trip to Giles' place was made in complete silence. All of them were angry with each other.
When they came to a stop outside Giles' door, they froze.
"Um, what are we gonna say?" Willow bit her lip and looked at Angel.
"I have no clue, what can we say? I mean, 'Hi, we're back from the dead, miss us?' is not gonna do it," Angel said.
"I have an idea, let's forget about the Scooby Gang and leave Sunnyhell without seeing them!" Spike's face lit up.
Willow glared at him, "No. We need to figure out what made us come back and why. Besides, it's cruel to them to let them think we're dead and gone when we're actually not!"
Angel agreed, and so did Spike. Reluctantly.
Willow slowly raised her fist and knocked on the door. Once. Twice. Looking anxiously at her companions, she waited for the sound of footsteps.
After a moment, the group heard them. Coming slowly, but surely, towards the door. Willow held her breath, and Spike and Angel would have, but they don't breathe.
The doorknob turned and the door swung open to reveal Buffy, with a small smile on her face which faded into shock as she took in the arrivals.
Willow's smile wobbled a little, "Hi, Buffy. Miss us?"
