Creative Dreams> parts 22-24

"ANOTHER!" Meg yelled sliding her glass down to the end of the bar. She laughed hysterically when it toppled over. "None for me" Nicky slurred next to her as he tried to count the number of empty glasses in front of him. There were 14 all together, including Meg's. By the third she had Nicky talking all about the fight between him and Scott at the club earlier, and everything that happened with Colleen. Not that it really mattered though, neither one of them was going to remember a thing in the morning.

As Nicky turned to face Meg he knocked most of the glasses over. They both began to laugh, just as Mark and Bryan walked in.

"Should have known she'd be here!" Mark joked.

"Shut up Mark" Bryan said not thinking it was funny.

Mark recognized that jealous look on Bryan's face an decided to get Nicky out of there fast.

"I SAID ANOTHER DRINK!" Meg yelled once more.

"I think you've had enough love" Bryan said pulling her off the bar stool from behind." Meg leaned her head back to look at Bryan and passed right out.

"You too Nicky, lets go." Mark said pulling him off his own bar stool.

"Hey mate is she ok?" Nicky asked seeing Bryan scooping Meg up in his arms.

"You let me worry about her." Bryan snapped walking out carrying Meg.

"WELL WELL WELL! Look who finally decided to grace us with her presence!" Mel called across the hotel ballroom that had been converted as a banquet hall for all the acts on tour. Meg had just wandered in with Bryan and it was way past one in the afternoon. As Bryan went to get them something to eat Meg sat down and shot Mel a dirty look.

"Morning Shane" she said giving him a quick smile.

"And where were you last night?" Mel asked smirking.

"Oh shut up." Meg laughed

"So...where the hell were you!" Mel asked again. She was dying to know what happened since Bria had said Meg turned up missing last night.

"Why are you being so nosy....Its not like you were in your room last night." Mel and Shane laughed, and then Meg went on to say "Nicky and I got pretty trashed and then I passed out or something, I don't know I woke in Bry's room."

"REALLY!?!" Mel smiled

"Mind out of the gutter please!!! I said I was trashed......nothing happened." Meg finished.

"So what about Nicky?" Mel asked but before Meg could answer Bryan sat down. She could tell he was annoyed about the whole thing with her and Nicky.

"So where are the rest of the lads?" he asked pouring syrup all over his pancakes.

"Kian's not feeling well, he's got some kinda stomach flu." Shane said

"Yeah, I saw Michelle before and she said she wasn't feeling too good either." Meg said taking a bite of Bryans pancakes.

"Hummm, must be going around...." Mel said trying not to laugh. She new better.

"And Rachel?" Meg asked

"Oh she's off somewhere with that sixpack......." Mel answered

"What?" Meg said as everyone laughed

"You know...the guy from 5ive....." Mel said not able to think of his name.

"Abs?" Meg said still laughing.

"Yeah....do you think she's just trying to make Mark jealous?" Mel asked.

"Looks like its working." Shane said noticing Mark walking in looking pretty pissed off.

Part 23

"What am I doing here?" Rachel thought as she sat at some cafe with Abs that same afternoon. He was babbling about something or other. Rachel just nodded and smiled every once in awhile. Tonight was their first concert on the Pop Party Tour. They were in San Diego and the concert was sold out, as was the next concert in San Franciso in two days. They had a few stops like in New York and Orlando, then they were off to Europe for 2 months before the last
weeks of the tour back in the States.
"Don't you think?" Abs asked Rachel.
She snapped back to reality. "Oh, yea...totally." she agreed, even though she had no idea what he had said.
"Yea me too." he nodded.
"Ready to head back?" Rachel asked grabbing her purse.
"Yea sure." Abs said getting up.

~~~Meanwhile back at the hotel
"Hey Mark." Shane said as Mark walked into the banquet hall for some breakfast. Even though it was around 2 in the afternoon, everyone had had a late night, last night. No one had gotten to sleep until around 4am.
Mark didn't answer Shane. Mark looked pretty mad about something.
"What's wrong it you?" Mel asked.
"Nothing." he said sitting down with some food. He just stared at his plate.
Mel exchanged glances with Meg.
"Sure nothing's wrong, Mark?" Meg asked.
"Where's Rachel?" he asked.
"With Abs." Meg responded.
"There ya go." Mark said matter-of-factly.
"Oh." Meg said leaning back in her chair.
"U jealous?" Mel asked.
"No." Mark said.
Mel look surprised. "Well then what's ur problem?"
"It's just that he's a total ass and she's like in love with him. I'm just worried about her that's all." Mark said.
"She just met him two days ago, I highly doubt she's in love with him." Mel said.
"Yea, it's takes Rae a good amount of time to even LIKE someone, no less love them. They are just friends." Meg reassured Mark.
Just then Rachel walked into the room. "I thought I'd find ya'll were the food was." she laughed.
"Hey Rae." Mel said.
Meg noticed a smile spread across Mark's face when Rachel walked into the room. Meg rolled her eyes.
Rachel sat next to Mark.
"Hey, u still mad at me?" she asked him.
He cleared his throat. "I wasn't mad at you." he said.
Rachel laughed. "Right..." she turned to Mel. "So where were you last night?"
Mel sighed and shook her head.
"Suddenly your all shy, Mel that's not you." Meg joked.
"Where's Rissa?" Rachel asked looking around.
"Where else, with Mr. Nick Carter...somewhere." Mel said.
Rachel laughed. "Of course."
Rachel recognized various members of SClub7, 5ive, Innosense, BSB, and LFO walking around the hall, getting food.
"Geez, u guys people are gonna think we're anti-social." Rachel said noticing that Westlife and Creative Dreams were in their own little corner.
"Oh well let them think that." Shane said.
"This is the cool corner." Mel said.
"Dude, Mark...I guess u hafta leave." Rachel said.
It took him awhile to get it.
"Ha, ha...funny." he said sticking his tongue out at her.

~~~Before the show (at the arena)
"OMG!" Rissa screamed running into the girls dressing room.
"What, what?!" Meg yelled.
"We debut at number 1! On the Billboard charts!" Rissa screamed.
"What?!" Rachel yelled.
"No way!" Michelle said running up to look at the paper Rissa had in her hand.
"Our first single is number 1!" Mel yelled jumping up and down.
Their first single 'Tell Me' had hit debut at number one and their first album was about to hit stores.

Part 24

It was about 10pm and everyone had decided to take it easy that night because the entire tour was flying out to NY early the next morning. There'd be plenty of time to party there in NY anyways. The girls management was already planning a big bash to celebrate their single going to number one. Rissa, Mel, Shane, Kian and Michelle were all in Meg & Michelle's room watching a movie. It was a wreck, the floor was covered with popcorn, empty cans, pillows and blankets.

"Ok whose idea was it to watch this STUPID movie!" Rissa said throwing popcorn at the wide screen TV in front of her.

"I believe it was yours when Nick said he was going to fly to New York early." Michelle said

"Alright smart-ass" Rissa said laughing with everyone else.

"Who's going to clean up this mess?" Shane said kicking an empty can of diet Pepsi to the side.

"Its Michelle's room!" Mel said.

"I'll just leave it for Meg!" Michelle said as there was a knock on the door.

"I'll get it." Kian said jumping up and getting the door. It was Bryan.

"Meg here?" he asked.

"Oh she went with Nicky and Bria for a drink." Rissa blurted out.

Everybody shot her the look from hell and she wished she could take back what she just said as Bryan walked out slamming the door. Everybody knew Bryan got jealous really easy and Meg becoming such good friends with Nicky was really pissing him off.

"Oh shit." Rissa said

"Come on Sha, we should go calm him down." Kian said

"That's a good idea." Shane said kissing Mel and getting up. They were about to walk out when they heard yelling n the hallway. They all stood by the door trying to listen. Then it opened and they all jumped back. But it was

only Bria.

"What the hell is going on out there!" Michelle asked her.

"Meg and Bry are fighting......" She said

"No shit.....what happened?" Rissa said.

"Me her and Nicky just got back and Meg and I were coming back here and we saw Bryan and he went off!." Bria said

The voices were getting loader, like they were coming to the door, so everyone ran and sat back down by the TV. They all heard Meg yell "........go to hell Bryan!" and then the door flew open and slammed shut. It was Meg and

when she saw everyone she stopped.

"Oh.....sorry guys." she said not expecting everyone to be in her and Michelle's room. She walked right past and went into the bathroom.

"Ok, now we really need to talk to him." Shane said grabbing Kian and leaving. Rissa got up and walked to the bathroom

"Let me go in there first" she said knocking on the door and walking in the bathroom. She shut the door behind her. Meg was sitting on the edge of the tub crying her eyes out. Rissa went right over and hugged her.

"God what a jerk." Meg said sniffling.

"What happened?" Rissa asked

"I don't know.....Bria and I were walking back here and I saw Bry and then he just started yelling shit about me and

Nicky......I told him we were just friends, Nicky and I....and I meant it. I was trying to hook up Bria and Nicky and now Bryan thinks....."

Meg tried to say but she started crying all over again. Michelle, Bria and Mel walked in then and took turns trying to calm her down and after about half an hour they finally did. "

Bryan's just jealous." Mel said.

"You two just need to talk and set it straight Meg." Bria said giving her a hug. After reassuring Meg for a few more minutes they all gave her a few minutes to herself and left. As the four of them came out of the bathroom they saw Bryan, Shane and Kian there. The girls gave Bryan on hell of a talking to as quietly as possible so Meg wouldn't here. Then they left with Shane and Kian to give Bry a chance to talk to Meg alone.

Bry knocked softly on the bathroom door and after a few seconds Meg opened the door. She had expected to see one of the girls but it was Bryan. She didn't say anything. Meg wasn't sure if she wanted to punch him or start crying again.

"I'm sorry." Bryan said putting his arm out.

Meg looked up at him and she could tell from the look in his eyes he really meant it. She put her hand in his and he pulled her closer wrapping his arms around her.

"I'm really sorry luv, I know you and Nix are just friends. I just get so jealous sometimes....." Bryan whispered.

"You don't have anything to worry about Bry." Meg said before they kissed.
