I've just changed my rules, ALL are welcome to join my webring! Since there aren't so many VCA fan sites all over the web, I accept anyone except for porno websites! I hope you're interested to join! Before you decide to join,there are only few rules that you need to follow. The rules are:

1) The webring code (see below) must be on your page before your site will be added to the ring.
2) Again, your site must be clean, that means no pornography, dirty jokes or other adult content.
3) The webring code must always be on your page. It should be on either your main page or a specific webring page.
4) Enjoy the ring! :)
