TITLE: Improvised Defenses
OVERVIEW: PCs get caught somewhere with overwhelming numbers against them.
TRIGGER: PCs are somewhere isolated.
DESCRIPTION: As you moniter the approaching enemy you realize esacpe is impossible. {Somebody} said within {set period of time} they would send reinforcements.
DM NOTES: PCs have been sent to defend {place} with the intention of stopping a local threat (large amounts of badders, arks, etc....) Before they leave they will be told that in a certain amount of time that more people will arrive to help them against the overwhelming numbers against them. Idea is that PC improvise with what is around and hold out for siege. Turns the GMing on its head. They have a plan of defenses, not the GM, and GM leads his baddies against it. Players spring their surprises in traps etc. Must have an agreement on what can be done in time available.
