Dancing with Myself

TITLE: Dancing with Myself OVERVIEW: While in town the party sees a beautiful girl dancing in the streets, while 2 invisible thieves pickpocket the party. TRIGGER: The party passes the girl dancing in the street. DESCRIPTION: While walking down the street you see a circle of people standing around a girl dancing. You can barely see her, but from all the screams and yells, you know she must be putting on some show! [If the try to get a better look at her] You see the most beautiful girl you have ever seen. You stare at her with wonder. DM NOTES: If the party trys to get a better look at her they roll against their IN. The girl is doing some sort of hypnotic dance. Working the crowd are two mentally invisible (mutation) thieves. If a member of the party does make their roll then there is a 20% chance s/he might be targeted (use a DX roll to see if it succeeds). If the roll failed then there is a 85% chance that they are targeted (no DX roll needed). The thieves take only small items from the party (domars,ammo,etc.) [This is a good way to remove a few small items from a party or to start another adventure because something important was stolen]. After about an hour of this the group leaves. KEY: The party might try to go after the group to get back their items. The local authorities will ask the party to hunt them down at 50 domars / head. |
