TITLE: Rampaging Knights OVERVIEW: Knights of Genetic Purity are murdering MAs and AHs TRIGGER: PCs are talking to people on the street/in bar. DESCRIPTION: People keep mentioning murders of citizens but no one has any idea what is going on. Sample rumors: Yesterday one of the elders was found dead in his room. He was stabbed to death by an unknown assassin. They found another body in the alley today, that's the third body this week. Three humans were seen running out of {somebody's} house. When the guard arrived {somebody} was dead. They never caught the killer. DM NOTES: The Knights have targeted this town for a cleansing. Locals are being executed in the night - some high standing, some common folk. Investigation will reveal that all of those killed were mutants although no one knew it, most of the time. The town officials may or may not be involved. KEY: PCs may be blamed. |
