Not much is known about Father Alexi's history prior to his first known rebellion against the Soviet's mutant genocide program (which brought him in contact with the original X-factor team.) He remained a powerful leader in the mutant safehouse program until it was compromised by the agent Firefox. He still sees the need for a mutant freedom fighting force and super team, organizing the vigilante Exiles.
He was last seen contacting the X-men for help fighting against the threat of the Soul-skinner.

Super-Soldiers 1 (as Sibercat)
Not much is known about Sibercat before he seen among the mutants assembled by Blind Faith in his first known freedom fighter attempt against the Soviet's mutant genocide program. He remained with Father Alexi throughout such activities, including being brought along as a part of the "Exiles." He remains the happy-go-lucky type, trying to keep humor amid the tragedy around him. Of all the Russian mutants, he remains the most fascinated with American culture.
Sibercat retains a feline, tiger-like appearance with appropriately enhanced reflexes and senses. He also has natural weaponry of feline claws and fangs.
Powers: Mind Draining
this is an AM rank unique combination of Mental Duplication and Mind Drain. She has the ability to mentally absorb the minds and consciousnesses of others. The absorption can be permanent, leaving the victim brain-dead, but this action risks the permanent disruption of Stecil's consciousness since lingering aspects of the absorbed minds may assert themselves within her own consciousness. She apparently already shares her mind with the consciousness of Col. Krychev, who periodically takes control of her body.
Stecil can effect up to a dozen targets at a time up to 10 areas away. The plus side allows Stencil to become someone with unique talents of a soldier, spy, etc.
