Powers: Reincarnation
It's a strange sort of immortality, but every time the Scorpion dies, he's reincarnated again. He won't be able to do much untill his new body grows up, but still it's nice to know that he'll always come back. It's this "Immortality" that lets him play so hard and loose with his life.
Equipment: Grappling Hook - Mounted on his wrist devices are two grappling hook launchers that fire off and retract a RM (30) strength cable and claw with a three area range. He uses these to snare items, entangle foes and climb walls - but he has developed a trick of useing them to travel by swinging along amongst trees or buildings in a fashion that Spider-Man would recognize easily. Doing this, he can travel along 3 areas/round.
Electronic Bug - The Scorpion carries a number of small, unobtrusive little tracers that he uses to keep track of both friends and enemies. He keeps track of them with a homing device built into his wrist-mounted grappling hook projector and his belt.

History: David Harper is the latest incarnation of a long line of beings that have called themselves "The Scorpion." The last Scorpion (Moro Frost) was a two-fisted adventurer/detective during the 1930's and 40's who died in 1943 during a dog fight with the German Luftwaffe. The Current Scorpion is a costumed hero based in New York City, whose most recent adventure (his ONLY adventure ;>) pitted him against the Nazi villain called "The Golden Fuhrer". When not fighting crime, he's the publisher of the Daily Times.
Description: As the Scorpion, David Harper wears a blue and orange costume with a scorpion emblem and large wrist-mounted grapples. Out of costume, he's a tall man with longish, black hair.
Personality: David Harper is an intelligent, heroic fellow with a desire to both aid his fellow man AND keep himself occupied during his many lives.
