Sponsors: Certain extraterrestrial races have been very helpful in the MiB's operations and are considered "friendly.” They are also a part of their own "Coalition": Lumina, Nanda, & Myndai.

 

General Extraterrestrials: A vast variety of alien races exist throughout the galaxies, the MiB is here to keep their existence secret until such time as Earth is ready to accept the fact that they do exist. While aliens with appropriate permits are allowed to visit earth, they are prohibited from actively revealing their presence to earth's general population. MiB's personnel will enforce this rule under any circumstances until further notice.

 

Targets: The MiB is a worldwide policing force, and as such is not generally prejudiced. There are certain races which are considered illegal on Earth, and will be extradited upon capture: Badoon, Brood, Ergons, Froma, Mandos, Poppupians, Rajaks, R'Zahnians, Sirians, & Z'Nox. Any resistance will be met with a like amount of force.

                               

Enemies: The following are known enemies of Earth and the MiB, members of these races must be considered armed and extremely dangerous. They are to be treated with extreme prejudice: Dire Wraiths, Phantoms, Plodex, Quists, Quons, Technarchy, & Xartans.

Powers: None required, though the MiB welcomes non‑prejudiced paranormals into their ranks as long as they exhibit no significant weaknesses, and are not easily detectable.

 

Talents: Law Enforcement, Guns, First Aid, Plus at least one skill from each of the following categories:

Scientific

Mental

Other (often OJT for Trivia: Aliens)

Standard issue gear: One sidearm (as per mission, usually a state of the art firearm, projectile preferred.)

One Translation Device (as per Player's Handbook, GD mtrl, 10+d10 rounds for unknown languages)

 

One set optical units (Typ mtrl, IR=Gd, Polarized=Gd, Resist Neuralizer = In)

 

One Neuralizer (Ex mtrl, Amaz Flash=Stun, May erase human's memory for up to 50 years into past, target is hypnotized and totally susceptible to suggestions. The longer the erasure, the greater charges used:

1 = up to 1 minute

2 = up to 1 hour

4 = up to 1 day

8 = up to 1 week

16 = up to 1 month

32 = up to 1 year

64 = up to 10 years

Each Neuralizer is charged at an appropriate facility with 320 charges.

 

Senior officer's issue: One MiB car (Cntrl= Rm, Spd= Rm [Air and Land], Body= Rm, Prtctn= Ex (Incr v.s. Heat/Fire/& Radiation), Halogen Headlights (Rm), IR & Polarized windshield (Ex), Air filters & 8 man‑hour air supply, onboard computer w/Reason= Typ & I.= Pr)
