Background: Rikki Shaefer was born a mutant with the ability to bounce like a rubber ball. Her parents were disturbed that their daughter was a mutant and tried to stop her from using her owers. Rikki loved to use them, however, and this caused friction in her family. When it came to an ultimatum from her father, Rikki ran away from home.
Falling on hard times, Rikki became a petty thief. She met Barney Runningbear and they became friends. They were both arrested and eventually relocated to Arizona to the Mutate Manpower Management Service, a super-villain detainment and rehabilitation unit that was, in fact, a freak work camp headed up by Dr. Verlag. It was there that Rikki was codenamed Ricochet and Barney Runningbear was codenamed Barbaric. When The MMMS started to develop mind control devices to keep prisoners in line that wouldn't do their bidding, Ricochet, Barbaric and Jerry (Inhabiter) Steele made a break for it. When it appeared that Jerry had been shot dead, Ricochet and Barbaric escaped on their own, deserting Jerry.
The two found their way to Chicago where they hid out in the Chicago underground, living with other homeless freaks. It was there they met Officer Dragon who befriended them and eventually persuaded Barbaric to the Chicageo Police Department and what they unofficially called, their "Freak Force" program, where he met Dart, Rapture, and Horridus. Ricochet was, at the time, too young to join the police department.
Later still, all members of the team, except Dragon, left the CPD because of the various restrictions and formed the group of super-powered bounty hunters called Freak Force.

Description: Majestic is a handsome, very well built man.
Personality: The most important thing in his personality is his ego the size of a building. He knows he's a Kherubim lord of full blood, and likes the other to know it as well. He knows he has immense powers and wants to use them for the protection of the feeble mankind. So superior he thinks he is, that he refuse to mix with human stock. For all his time on Earth, he never got involved with a human woman. Though he has a lady killing physique, he refuses to take advantage of it.
So proud is he that he doesn't allow any of his feeling to show up. He loves Kenesha, and being charged by Zealot to keep a watchful eye on her makes him confortable. But he always keep a high attitude. Though he doesn't agree with her methods or motivations, and they often argue over it, he still loves her the more.
Since then he has been grounded on our planet, and feels his immense powers have to be put to defend the fragile human beings from all forms of evil, be it alien or indigenous. So we know he started Upholding the Good since the Christian's martyr under the late Roman empire. Not unlike Superman did in the DC Universe, except that Majestros always had a "superior race's" attitude toward his foes. He carried his personnal protective crusade throughout time, without making too much noise, until the modern ages, where his interferences against crime and natural (or not) disasters build him much popularity. During his long time on Earth, he felt his true Kherubim lord blood should in no way be tainted with human's, so he kept super chaste. Never having sex with a human woman, only hoping it to happen with another Kherubim lady (making it a short list with only Zealot and Savant, good choice though).
At this time, Saul Baxter, aka Lord Emp, confronted to a new daemonite menace on American ground, and convinced Miles Craven, head of the emerging IO security agency, to assemble a team of super powered being to contain the Daemonite threat on US ground. That was the birth of Team 1, where Majestic fought along Zealot (Lucy Blaize at this time), John Colt (aka Yon colt, another Kherubim superior fighter), Think Tank (aka Henry Bendix, soon to be StromWatch Weatherman I), Slay (aka Marc Slayton, aka Backlash), Isaiah King (father of Jackson King aka Battalion)... During their first mission, the one Emp had built the team for, Helspont wanted to launch a nuclear missile. When King learned this, he was alone and could hardly deal with it. The rest of the team tried to buy him enough time, but doing so, Majestic sacrified John Colt, obeying the latest direct orders. It didn't prevented the missile to launch, and Regiment had to jump on its back to disable it "...That's when the light goes out."
Wether due to this unwilling sacrifice or another untold mistake, probably both, Majestic retired from the sight and affairs of the human race. He settled beyond the polar circle, built a small wooden house, managed to keep the frost out of a 100 yds zone around the house and started rumbling on his past mistakes.
That's where Savant found him when she was called by Julie Kincaid (Marlowe right arm in Halo), to come to the WildCATs' rescue when they were doomed by Tapestry. Convincing Majestic, with the help of a small doll (certainly a reminder of Madge's earlier supposed mistake), to get back to work, at least to save Zealot's butt. Along with Soldier, Huntsman (later a Top Cow's transfuge) and Grifter (coming back from the Kindred mini serie), they managed to break Tapestry's grip on the team. But to that end, Zealot was given activation of her latent Kherubim lord's ultra powers, which brought her to nearly god-like level. Understanding it could destroy her soul, she asked to be terminated. Reluctantly, Majestic proposed to do it as fellow Kherubim lord. But Voodoo managed to exorcize her of these power, so no one died on this day. Afterward, thus brought back in saddle by Savant, Majestic resumed his crusade against evil on the surface of Earth.
During the "Wildstorm Rising" episode, Savant called him to her help again. This time, they had to win the race against the various Daemonite parties to retrieve their warship, which yielded enough firepower to reduce Earth to rubble. Calling for the WildCATs' help, too, she phoned while they were fighting Hightower. Lacking an answer from the WildCATS, she called Synergy for backup from StormWatch. The Weather(wo)man sent Union. Meanwhile, Mr White, accompanied by what was left of the MERCs, arrived at Savant's to claim her friend's notes, the one that located the possible location of the ship in Nicaragua. When Majestic arrived, he kicked their asses and immediately came to Savant to check if she was OK. That's when Union arrived, triggering the usual comics' crossover misunderstanding and the two of them engaged in restless battle. The fight was even and when Savant came back to consciousness, she convinced them to stop. Together, they went to find the ship, found it and dug it out. That's when everybody else arrived on the scene : Helspont, Hightower and the WildCATS, StormWatch, Grifter and Wetworks. The battle that ensued saw the Wildstorm Heroes in a temporary alliance against the Daemonites. Majestic went toe to toe with Helspont (again), and Defile then activated his mental control over Nautika and Sunburst, the lastest of whom used the uncovered ship's weaponry to take Majestic and Helspont down. The ship iwas revealed to be the Kherubim's and its power core was brought back to life, threatening to explode in a cataclysm of Biblical proportion. Emp, Zealot, Void, Voodoo, Maul and Warblade climbed in and took off with it, hoping to have the time to fly far enough from Earth to avoid its destruction. The ship disappeared in a blaze of light, presumably killing all aboard.
Savant, given the task by Marlowe to keep the WildCATs' flame alive, convinced Majestic to overcome his new found guilt in order to rebuild a new team and they started recruiting SPB. Though relunctant to comply with Savant's weird choices for teammates, the very acute persuasive abilities of Tao made him participate without making him think he has been fooled (which would have provoqued his wrath, knowing how superior he feels toward humans). Following Savant's lead, who, in turn, was manipulated by Tao, the WildCATs II starts taking down the Troika, HARM being their first victim. Tao managed to convince Condition Red to kill the cyborg, pretty much against Majestic's reaction to such useless violence. Then, they took down the rest of the team at HARM's funeral. This raised the wrath of the villains' community and a full fledged "Gang War" exploded between the mob and the WildCATs II. They were soon joined by some StormWatch officers when Clark's, a bar for SPBs, was bombed.
During this period, Majestic admitted to himself he was in love with Savant, but was too proud to declare and was crushed upon learning she was involved with Tao. That's when the original WildCATs come back from Khera, much affected and divided. Voodoo quit, Marlowe took a break, Grifter responded to Deathblow call for help in Gamorra, and the rest of the team followed Grifter. When they reported what happened on Khera, Majestros was much more affected by the end of the eternal war with the Daemonites than by the revelation that Kheran society was rotten. As a Kherubim lord, he was on the positive end of the caste system, apparently aware that it required defavored classes for being of a favored one.
After the "Fire From Heaven" episode, in which the WildCATs II were not involved, both teams fought the escalating gang war, until they found out that the whole thing was orchestrated by Tao, even the bombing of the bar that nearly cost Condition Red's life. Thus exposed, and to buy him time to escape, Tao releases the prisonners from their captivity. Majestic first work was to contain them. But when Tao messeed with Ladytron's inner nuclear reactor, Madge is the only one able to prevent the disaster. He cut Maxine's body in two to isolate the reactor, and went into space with it to let it detonate. When he came back, he was mad at Tao and reduces the bastard to ashes with his heat vision. Or so everybody thought, as it was later learned that it was Mr White, released by Tao and "convinced" to take his place.
Then came Crusade. This alien was bound to Earth, with the only purpose of getting rid of all Kherubim presence. He tumbled against Zealot, then the whole WildCATs team, then against Union when he joined the party. He was so persistant and resistant that none of them, even Majestic, could overcome him. He took, and took, and took again, but never stopped coming back for more. In the end, Savant, using Tao-like persuasive methods, put enough doubts in his mind to make him collapse. As he was laying down unconscious, Zealot wanted to put him to death, but Majestic interfereed. He, however, dared touch her sacred blades, making her mad ; however she gave up the fight after a long staredown. Meanwhile, Savant was disgusted by her lack of vision and, confronted with the disaster resulting of her being in charge, quit everything to go back to her treasures hunting life. Zealot, concerned about her sister, and after reluctantly apologizing for her temper tantrum, asked Majestic to watch for her welfare.
So Majestic joined her, to her displeasure. But though she believed she could take care of herself, Madge knew that she needed someone to keep her out, or at least to get her out, of trouble. In her subsequent run for a Mayan arifact, they ran into Cybernary and Cisco, who were looking for the same artifact for more mercantile reasons. They both attracted unwanted attention. First, Sheba followed them out of curiosity, then they found themselves surrounded by Tapestry's goons. Savant used the mask (the artifact) to flee. They arrived in an alternate dimension, where magic was much more important than in ours. In this dimension, Tapestry ruled as supreme dictator, and the Cathrina (Cybernary before she becomes a hunter-killer) of this dimension lead a rebellious guerilla. They sent the mask to attract eternal champions. And they succeeded, as Majestic, in this dimension, was a rebellion's great leader killed by Tapestry. So Madge walked in his alternate's shoes and lead the rebellion to victory (even without Savant's support, as she was more willing to get out of here ASAP). So was born Savant Garde, as the people who fought along Majestic (ie Sheba, Disperse, Cybernary, Cisco and Miranda) had nowhere else to go other than sticking with Savant. When Cybernary's secondary personnality as Kaizen Gamorra's daughter kicked in, Majestic helped Savant to bring her back, always smoothing down her revengeful mood.
In a short episode after the WildCATs came back from their time travelling, after Max Cash's death and just before the team's dissolution, Grifter personnally asked Madge to keep in touch as reserve member. While Ladytron was not fond of the idea, feeling he was out of place, Madge was more shocked by the idea of being a second rate hero. This all ended with the revelation that Tao didn't die at the Gang War's conclusion.
Majestic then flew alone, in his own series, but I lost track of him.
