Damage can be converted by converting Strength. In Fuzion, each point of Strength up to 13 = 1d6 damage, each point 14+ = 1 Kill Damage. Though that formula doesn't really hold up the higher you go. Anyway, looking at the conversion chart, 20 Strength in Fuzion = Unearthly (100) in MSH, therefore 20d6 or 6Kills = Unearthly damage in MSH.

As for Control, Lightspeed vehicles Maneuverability is rated from -0 to -10 and is subtracted from the character's Dexterity, Reflexes, or Technique. In MSH you use the character's Agility or the vehicle's Control, whichever is higher. I just eyeballed the following chart based on examples from the MSH Player's Guide. Use your best judgement.

As for converting vehicle Body and weapon damage, here are some benchmarks:
a Tank in MSH has Incredible Body and Remarkable Armor.
a Tank in Fuzion has 8K Body and 4K Armor.
a Military Jet in MSH has Typical Body and Typical Armor.
a Military Jet in Fuzion has 5K Body and 1K Armor.
a Destroyer in MSH has Excellent Body and Excellent Armor ... apparently... (blink blink)
a Destroyer in Fuzion has 25K Body and 1K Armor.
a Carrier in MSH has Excellent Body and Excellent Armor (shrugs)
a Carrier in Fuzion has 300K Body and 2K Armor.
Warships aren't designed to last long in MSH, obviously. Well, makes sense given the genre, I suppose.
You can do the same thing for weapons damage.
A handgun in MSH does Typical damage.
A handgun in Fuzion does about 3d6 damage.
An assault rifle in MSH does Good damage.
An assault rifle in Fuzion does 6d6 damage.
A laser cannon in MSH does Amazing damage.
A shoulder-fired Infantry Laser Gun in Fuzion does 12d6 damage.
