Powers: Undead
Frank is a reanimated corpse, a John Doe who died in a car wreck. The body was found by Dr. Boiffard and granted life. It is unclear how this has affected his body yet. He appears to be "alive," having a heartbeat, etc., but his skin is an ashen grey-blue color. Whether or not Frank would be affected by Undead Control has yet to be explored. In theory, however, he should be Immune to Poisons and Disease.
Psychic Ability: Frank has a great deal of raw psychic skill. He has very limited, PR at best, control over this power. It manifests as an eye on a tentacle which protrudes from his forehead. It grants him the following abilities:
Precognition: (Narcoleptic): GD, with mutable outcomes. As an example, Frank dreamed of his own death at the hands of The Blast, but it was in fact the android Astroman in Frank's costume which was killed.
Empathy: TY So far this has only been seen to determine a target's general intentions; "Good." "Bad." "Hurt." , etc. Frank must be touching a target to use this skill.
Limitations: Psychological Dependance
Frank was fairly vulnerable for a while, and a repressed childhood memory of the comic book character Mr. Excitement surfaced. Unless he is wearing the trademark "exclamation bolt" of Mr. Excitement, Frank's stats are all Typical, except for Reason and Psyche, which are unchanged. All Frank's Madman costumes have this logo.

Notes: Can be used for "Spiderman" style swinging.

Flem's Armor: Dr. Flem's cousin designed a special suit of armor with the following abilities: Waterwalk GD speed, FB Control; Lightning Speed GD; PR Control, EX Body Armor.
Talents: Investigation/Detective, Martial Arts A, C, H, I, Acrobatics, Tumbling, Weapons Specialist: Yo-yo.
Contacts: Dr. Gillespie Flem (Scientist), The Big Guy, Mott the Hoople, Joe (his girlfriend), Tri-Eye (SHIELD-type agency), The Three. (Mystic beings) Madman has also met Superman and Nexus, and the members of their respective supporting casts. In a dimension-spanning crisis, Frank could call on them for help.

Background: In December 1944 the Nazis sought paranormal assistance to win the war. They managed to summon up what appeared to be a devil child, or as one of the first to see him, Professor Trevor Bruttenholm, so aptly put it - a "hellboy."
American forces in charge of the operation that discovered Hellboy took him back to America. Professor Bruttenholm and a group of other paranormal experts founded the Bureau for Paranormal Research and Defense. They were given custody of Hellboy to study and raise, and in time he joined them as an agent of the BPRD.
There is still almost nothing known about Hellboy's origins, or the origin or composition of his stony right hand. In the employ of the BPRD he has helped discourage fairy mischief, hunted vampires and werewolves, fought with at least 4 multi-tentacled monstrosities, and foiled the plots of long dead sorcerors.
Aside from Prof. Bruttenholm, who is the closest thing he has known to a father, his closest friends are Abe Sapien, a fish-man of unknown origin, Liz Sherman, a pyrokinetic, and Anastasia Bransfield, an archeologist and former-lover.
Hellboy always wears a leather duster with a BPRD patch on the right shoulder. He regularly files down his horns to partly counteract his devilish appearance.
