Powers: Tuning AM (50)
This is what the Stranger's call their version of Reality Manipulation. During the course of the movie, John demonstrated the following uses of the power:

*Solids Manipulation
*Flight (looked like a cross between Skywalk and Levitation)
*Telekinesis
*Molding

To me, it didn't appear that John manipulated energy outright, but the power wasn't completely explained. Also, by tapping into the Stranger's machines, John's power rank is increased to SH-Y.

Talents: Unknown.
Contacts: Dr. Scherber-psychiatrist, Bumstead-police (presumed deceased), Emma/Anna-female lead, but not a screaming Doctor Who companion.

Real Name: Unknown
Assumed Name: John Murdoch
Type: Induced Mutant

History: Little is known of John Murdoch as the memories he now has are implants. Nothing is known of his real past. Now that the inhabitants are free from the Strangers' control, they may develop their own, permanent memories.

Role-playing notes: Though confused and bewildered, John Murdoch is, at heart, a truly decent guy. He never went out of his way to hurt anyone, and only killed the Stranger leader as a measure of last resort. He also liberated the City from the clutches of the Strangers. He should get back all the karma he spent.

This is what I remember. If you lot can think of more, please post. I gave John the Amazing rank due to his Tuning aptitude at the movie's end. Additionally, this is based on giving him a number of mental (Tuning) actions according to his Psyche rank as opposed to Fighting.

Resources: Unknown. As a collective, they share all things in common, and with their group Tuning ability, they could conceivably create anything they might need.

Weakness: Sunlight, Incapacitation, Continuous with Contact.
Water: Effect: ? Duration:? The Strangers have a strong aversion to water, though from whence this arrives is unknown. Perhaps it is due to their possession of dead bodies.

Dying species: The Strangers, as a race, are dying out. From what I gathered during the movie, the Strangers survived by inhabiting the bodies of dead humans. If I'm wrong on this, then please let everyone know.

Powers: Tuning TY (6)
*The Strangers may use the following powers with Typical ability:

Flight
Molding
Solids Manipulation
Induced Sleep

Resist Emotion AM (50)
*Since the Strangers apparently do not possess emotions like love, compassion, etc., they would be immune to emotive attacks targeting those particular feelings.

Uni-Mind SH-Y
*By focusing their mental energies together, the Strangers can Tune together at very high levels, able to radically alter the City with ease. However, this power can be "opposed" by another with the Tuning power.

Serial Immortality - Parasitic GD (10) *The true form of a Stranger appeared to be that of a squid-like energy being inhabiting a host's brain. Reminded me of the Kaleds from Doctor Who.

Role-playing notes: The Strangers are driven, heartless, monsters, willing to stop at nothing to preserve their race. Additionally, they have really ominous, groovy names like Mr. Book, Mr. Hand, Mr. Sleep, etc.
