Arthur seam's to run exceptionally fast, despite being encased in a suit of metal. Perhaps he was particularly adept at Track and Field in high school or collage. Under any circumstances, he seems to be able to sprint faster than the average man with his Endurance, moving at 3 areas per round instead of 2.
Equipment: Armored Costume
Arthur's costume is made of an almost indestructible metal of great malleability and UN (100) material strength. The suit actually seems to absorb kinetic energy directed against it, giving him RM (30) resistance from all physical attacks against him, but no resistance to Slam and Stun results. The suit also provides AM (50) protection from other direct energy-based attacks against him (Fire, Electricity, Cold and such) and MN (75) protection from Corrosives and Radiation.
Armored Fists: While wearing his indestructible suit, Arthur's fists are jacketed in the strongest metal known to man. It seem to me that this would raise his punching damage by +1CS, causing EX (20) damage.
"Experimental Astronaut Suit"
It's possible that the Dark Avenger's metallic suit (which was based on a design for an experimental space suit) also has an internal air supply as well as the ability to withstand the rigors of outer space.

History: Arthur (no last name given) was just another face at the Rare Metals Factory, when one night he saw a meteorite streaking through the sky. After taking it back to the factory and analyzing it, he finds that the meteorite is composed of a previously unknown metal with an atomic structure different from anything on Earth. Eventually he is able to melt the metal in a Nuclear-Heated oven and blend it with another metal for flexibility. Pouring the metal into the mold for an experimental astronaut suit, it solidifies into a flexible, indestructible suit. Arthur dons the costume and becomes the Dark Avenger.
Description: As the Dark Avenger, Arthur looks like a well muscled man in a shiny, metallic blue bodysuit with a red cape, boots and gloves. Out of costume he's a well built fellow with brown hair and average features.
Personality: Arthur's a decent sort of fellow who lives with his heavyset mother and weasel of a younger brother. In the Dark Avenger's one story, he rescues Gerald from a savage beating at the hands of some thugs, then Gerald takes credit for the act when describing it to the Police. Arthur doesn't even correct Gerald's story, and his rolled eyes give the impression that Gerald does things like this all the time.
