This is
a Large Flow Blue Pitcher & Wash Basin, and is indredible!!! It has a definite
Victorian charm to it, with majestic pictures of castles, churches, stately mansions, a
(war?) monument, gentlemen on horseback, beautiful birds and trees, and the wonderful
romantic feel so typical of the Victorian era. It is in wonderful condition - no
chips or cracks whatsoever. It does have the natural crazing that is found on items
such as this. Mark on the bottom is a crest with a majestic lion on each side, and
says Victoria Ware, Ironstone. The pitcher is 10 1/2" tall x 10 1/2" wide,
and the wash basin is approx. 12 1/2" wide x 4 1/2" tall. I do not yet
know enough about this item to date it, but once I have researched further, I will date
and price it. Any information would be appreciated. |

This is
a smaller sized Flow Blue Pitcher & Wash Basin, and is just as indredible!!! (Both
were purchased from an Estate Auction). It has a very similar pattern on it -
obviously the two are meant as a set. a definite Victorian charm to it as well, with
the same majestic pictures of castles, churches, stately mansions, a (war?) monument,
gentlemen on horseback, beautiful birds and trees, and the wonderful romantic feel so
typical of the Victorian era. It is in wonderful condition - no chips or cracks
whatsoever. It does have the natural crazing that is found on items such as this.
Mark on the bottom is a crest with a majestic lion on each side, and says Victoria
Ware, Ironstone. The pitcher is 7 3/4" tall x 7 3/4" wide, and the wash
basin is approx. 8 3/4" wide x 3 1/2" tall, and has a very lovely ruffled edge..
I do not yet know enough about this item to date it, but once I have researched
further, I will date and price it. Any information would be appreciated. |

"Blue
Willow" pattern teacup. "As is" condition - has two chips out of rim
- can see photos of these chips if you click on thumbnail. Would still look lovely
tucked away in a china cabinet collection. 3 7/8" diameter. Guessing circa
1930's - could be much earlier.. Price reflects damage. |
