8/3/03: SUMMER SONIC The new site won't be up until probably wednesday or around there, so I decided to give you guys some pics from Japan's Summer Sonic instead, which happened yesterday.

At the Rolling Rock Town Fair, Blink 182 played a couple new songs for the crowd. All I can say is they have matured alot; one new song they played sounded oddly like a deftones song. It had down tuned guitars and everything.
7/25/03: TD333I asked Chris Georggin about the TD333, since it wasnt shown at NAMM, this is what he had to say: "they should be releasing it at the end of august last i heard....keep and eye out on their websites.......the tom delonge model just got perfected so i think they have it figured out"

6/29/03: IM BACKSince Paul is going back on vacation, I'm going to help with news while hes gone, and probably still help with news when he gets back. You didnt think I would ENTIRELY abandon the site, did you? Anyway, i would have updated this soon, but I was on vacation, so in a video (I believe the previous one) on the official site, Tom showed the TD333. For those of you who cant watch the videos, or just want a picture of it, I couldn't get it off the video, so I made one. Its not professional, but it is exactly like it was in the video. Notice even in the video it didnt look like an invader in the bridge, and there was no second pickup.
6/27/03: Sorry - Not going as Planned
Ok first off sorry I couldnt have the new site up before I leave - I also have to have SURGERY when i get back so cut me some slack - lay back and dont let your balls fall off THIS SITE will go on but it will take about a month again im SORRY but what must be done first is actual "I have a life" things. 6/21/03: Hang in there.Ok heres the plan, If all goes well now I Mean EVERYTHING i can have the new layout up and ready before i go on vacation- i leave on the first of july. 10 days is really pushing it considering i still have to get the new layout and pages done and uploaded to the new host (no ads-i THINK) in less than 10 days- that puts pressure on me but I think I can do it for you all anyway. Week and a Half (I hope) .. Oh yeah if I cant get it up before I leave it wll be mid july before the site will change and "move". Still same great news+pictures+information - Just a new webmaster;)

6/13/03: TD-333 On the new blink video, could it be the TD-333 in the case? It is suppose to have a racing the stripe just like the guitar has, and it looks like an es-335 body shape. Discuss in message board if you want. Freek also made an image of what it may look like up close, remember that IT IS NOT THE ACTUAL PICTURE OF IT. Also, After a recent Transplants show, Travis said the blinks record will be coming out October 28th.

6/5/03: RICKENBACKER 370 The Rickenbacker has been identified as a Rickenbacker 370 by Freek. I am pretty sure that this is actually the model, since this one has three pickups, not two as the others have.
6/4/03: PICTURES Here is a picture of Tom's Rickenbacker, so if anyone can identify it, pease e-mail me. Also, I put in a picture of Tom's smashed guitar for the hell of it.

5/26/03: THE LOW DOWN As to why I havent been updating: I've been busy and am trying to find somethings that will make the site better, including a new host. Also, Today is Tom and Jens 2nd anniversary, so good luck to them. 3rd, I made a few subtle updates to the guitar section, and the site will have a lot more litle updates once I get a better html editor.
5/20/03: OLD BUT NEW STUFF This is from the Fender Forum. Guys,
Here's the deal: We will be discontinuing the Tom D. Strat in the near future ... kinda sorta.
Right now, Tom is playing a number of different guitars on stage and in the studio. He also happens to be a heck of a nice guy, and doesn't want to make us mad by having a signature guitar while playing somebody else's during part of his show. Integrity.
So, Tom's deal with us just ended (on paper), and he decided that the respectable thing to do would be to not pursue renewing it. We all agree, it's a classy decision.
Now, we WILL make Strats with big headstocks, a single Invader and volume knob, it just won't have Tom's name on it. Right now, we are able to use his likeness to finish selling what we already have in inventory, but once that's all sold, we will take Tom's guitar off of our site and out of our advertising.
What you noticed with fender.com was premature, and we put the page and the guitar back up.
