Ha-Mi, a Calico female cat of about 1-year-old who has given birth to 2 litters. Only one surviving kitten from the last litter.

Lives in the compound of a company  somewhere in Bedok South and cared for by security guards.

Ginger female of about 1-year-old lives in a makeshift quarters of foreign workers involved in upgrading project.

She is very trusting, an indication that she was a home-cat who was dumped.

3rd April 2005: brought to a boarding facilities for rehoming.  She is likely to be already sterilised.

ATM was "played" like a ball by a group of teenagers next to ATM at Blk 59

 

25th April 2005, 7.30 pm: Managed to rescued a young mother and her 3 kittens from a dangerous  place in the carpark (Blk 34A). The family was under the same car since morning. Carol and I managed to catch the three kittens easy but one pee-d on Carol. The mother took some time before she was trapped.

 

They were brought up to a foster home where the kittens were be rehomed and the mother sterilised, kiv rehome if temperament is good or release back at Blk 34A

Finally the "romeo" tom-boy was nabbed by a middle-age man who was feeding him, and dropped unceremoniously into the carrier. He was transported to C4P on 29th April 2005 for sterilisation the next day.

13th May 2005: Blk 63; a small-build tabby was seen to have a "growth" at her belly. She was finally trapped at 9.30pm and brought to a foster home.  Arrangement will be made for her to see the Vet on 16th May 2005, hopefully surgery to sterilise her and correct the "growth" that appeared like a hernia.

Trapped on 14th May 2005 because of the unsafe environment and poor general health condition.  Shy temperament. Hopefully able to rehabilitate with human socialisation for subsequent rehoming.

Mother (black-white) will be trapped for sterilisation.

Blk 43: A dark brownish cat was found slumped in a drain. This cat used to be "Fei Mau". He was emaciated and had urinary incontinence. The bladder has to be emptied by manual compression. He was seen at MPE on 24th May 2005, courtesy of CWS and brought back to care on 25th May 2005. Blood tests including FIV and FIP were negative. The exact cause of the illness is unknown.  Medication including vitamins B and vibravet paste. Total bill was $191

29th May 2005: Fei-Mau passed away peacefully at about 9.30am/

 

Blk 34A Carpark

25th May 2005: Finally after half an hour of wait, this mother-cat of the two kittens brought for fostering on 14th of May, was caught in the CWS' cat-trap. She was rushed to C4P right on closing time of 8pm.
