I'm not all comfortable calling this individual, but in the absence right now of clear markings that lead me to something
different, i'm calling it what i see the most of. I expect to eventually put a good ID on this critter. Unfortunately, one of its
hindwings was unfurled and the other doesn't show the upperwing in the pictures i was able to get.

This individual has one of the marks used for identifying Tropical Checkered-Skipper; the dark margin below
the apex of the forewing. However in all other regards it seems to match Desert Checkered-Skipper best.
