1990 APF North American powerlifting champion, 1983 MAPAWA Upper Midwestern and Canadian arm wrestling champion, 2 time ADFPA Mid American benchpress and dead lift champion, NASA, ADFPA and APF Minnesota state powerlifting champion all in the same year. WPAWA Minnesota state arm wrestling champion, 7 times left, and 5 times right handed. 6th place WAWC (over the top) arm wrestling champion. 5th place AAA world amateur arm wrestling champion. Countless other local, state and regional arm wrestling, powerlifting, wrist wrestling championships since 1981.

At 45 years young, I am still competing, and have just won the 2001 USAPowerlifting (old ADFPA) Minnesota masters 181 lb championship.
I am now training to eventually win the national olympic style weight lifting championship.

Best Year

The best year I had was in 1990 when I won the ADFP APF and Nasa Minnesota state powerlifting championships, the ADFPA Midwest benchpress and deadlift championships and placed fifth in the AAA national armwrestling chanpionships. I also won many regional championships.

I soon retired from active competition.
Recently I have come out of retirement to win the 2001 USA(ADFPA) Minnesota Master powerlifting championship.
