    Admiral Ozzel served for a long time with Piett before he faked his death to escape the madness.  He has resurfaced and found himself back serving with Piett.  Piett has no end os stories to tell about the time the Ozzel, even though none of them make any sense.  Ozzel has similar habits to Motti and really does not know when to keep his mouth shut or when to listen to other people's advice.  This very often leaves him in the same state that Motti finds himself in.
