Exercise 5
In this exercise you're going to train
overstraddles. Lie down on the floor on the back with a firm cushion about
15cm thick under the seat. Have your feet vertical. Split the legs by bringing
them toes towards the floor. To the 1-2-3-4-5 gentle bounce try to get
the toes to the floor. Legs back to vertical and repeat the exercise 15
times.
