Ghost hunting tips..

Experience is the best teacher...

Every good ghost hunter has their own technique. Some people just luck into a good photo. Some people set out to capture that perfect shot. But either way here are some good hints to help you along the way.

If you are going to be a serious ghost hunter my first tip would be to get a Good camera.Dont use polaroids or disposiable cameras. The photo quality leaves somthing to be desired and there are too many chances for things to corrupt your image.A good 35mm or digital camera works best.

Dont go looking for that "perfect spot" to take pictures.Ghosts dont photograph when ordered and they dont always show up where you think they might be.If you have a feeling about something then shoot it.

Try to have a helper with a video camera, tape recorder and notebook, recording every detail. This could come in handy if you get a "hit".And will help you archive your photos.

The most important thing to have is FUN!!Ghosts are not the Demons you see in the movies. There is nothing they can do to you.You cant be possessed by taking taking pictures of orbs or ectoplasm.Dont fear the unknown,Embrace it.You will get what your looking for..

I just wanted to let everyone know that this site is not just dedicated to ghosts. It just happens to be a good time of the year for them.Look for upcoming articles on a UFO research center in Norway (see links). And reports of the most recent Loch ness sightings.
Also (if I can get someone to donate a digital camera and equipment...hint..hint..) I would like to have LIVE web-cam images of several of the local ghost sites here in Missouri.
