-OK if this is real then this is a realy big deal, just read it-

°I SAW THE NEW TATU VIDEO HOW SOON IS NOW°
°It stars in a haunted house. LENA is in a gown holding a candle walkig around when she is pulled off camera. Next she is chyained to a wall and JULIA comes out in a vinyl dominatrix costume and begins to whip her and stuff. Then she unchains her and throws her into a tub. JULIA starts to drown LENA but then LENA pulls her into the tub and they start to fight. They stop fighting and stare into each others face and begin kissing. Then they stop and look at the door. Outside an old man is opening a door that says "WAX MUSEUM" . When he enters he sees two different wax dummys naked and the gown and the dominatrix costume lying in the tub. The last thing we see is JULIA and LENA running away from the wax museum in their school girl outfits laughing. Hopefully VH1 will show this one.°

Tatu and Rammstein!!!
 Tatu girls are ready to record a song with Rammstein. This will be the most unpredicted project. Producer of Tatu, Ivan Shapovalov, and Rammstain’s management are now discussing the details. Maybe very soon Tatu will release a new song with a touch of German sound manager’s hand. Tatu’s vocal, and Rammstein’s music might turn out to be a great combination. Watch the news.

"Tatu" Are Going To Sing In Russian On EuroVision!!
Group Tatu officially announced that the song they are going to perform on the 24th of May in Riga is going to be "Ne ver, ne boisya, ne prosi" (“Don’t trust, don’t fear, don’t ask”). Julia and Lena are planning to sing in Russian, apart from other participants of the contests, who prefer English. "We are going to perform a modern aggressive song, not only that, it’ll be in Russian,” announced Ivan Shapovalov, group’s producer. “It is not like any other songs performed by Russia on Eurovision before. This is a chance for Russian to change Eurovision, and Eurovision to gain more audience. For Tatu it is most important to do what they want. To do something that other’s won’t." Tatu girls are not bothered by the formal image of Eurovision at all: "We don’t know the rules of the contest, but we will do what we want".
Authors of the music of "Ne ver, ne boisya, ne prosi" (“Don’t trust, don’t fear, don’t ask”) are Ivan Shapovalov and American Mark Lazar, lyrics are by Valeryi Polienko. The composition will be in Tatu’s upcoming new Russian album, which is now being recorded. The first performance of the song will be on Eurovision, but before that Tatu will record a video clip for it.

Tatu Against War On “Bomba Goda” in Moscow!
On the 19th of March Tatu performed as a headline on the annual show “Bomba Goda”. For the very first time, Julia and Lena performed their best remixes for "Prostye Dvizheniya" (“Simple Motions”) and "Not Gonna Get Us" and sang their cover-version of "How Soon Is Now?". And an already familiar remix of "Ya Soshla S Uma" was changed by the girls on the day of the concert, when the whole world was watching the war in Iraq. It was then that Tatu changed the old lyrics into "Vse soshli s uma! Im nuzhna voina!" (“Everyone has lost their minds! They need war!”) In the interview after the concert, Tatu added: "We need love!"

 Good news lads — you can see stage lesbians TATU in the flesh when they come to the UK for the first time in May.
Saucy teenagers Lena Katina and Julia Volkova are set to perform at London's Wembley Arena and a venue in Manchester.

Tatu Are To Represent Russia On EuroVision With A NEW Song!
 In 2001 'Mumyi Trol' proved to the whole of Europe that Russian artists could create amazing and unique music stylings, unusual for Europe. But this year Russia is not going to introduce Europe to some strange, impossible-to-comprehend style. Why not send something that is different and exotic, and loved by Europe?


Anyway, Tatu submitted their new song, "Ne ver, ne boisya" ("Don't Trust, Don't Fear"), to perform on Eurovision Song Contest in Riga, Latvia on the 24th of May, 2003.


Tatu have 85% of winning the contest. Why? Europe already surrendered to Tatu! What about the song? It's going to have a catchy tune, so typical of Tatu, and a few Russian words in between English lyrics!
A correspondent from InterMedia requested a few comments from Tatu's producer Ivan Shapovalov. "Is it true, that we are going to 'EuroVision'? I suppose it's true, although I have no official information," said Shapovalov. The management of "One" TV channel verified the information. Ivan Shapovalov refused to talk about the song Tatu are going to sing. According to his words, the song, which already exists in Russian, will be sung in English on EuroVision. Most likely, he is talking about "Ne ver, ne boisya"

Rolling Stone Joins Tatu Action!!!
 After Tatu's scandalous performance on Jay Leno's Show on NBC on the 24th of February, Rolling Stone magazine had to surrender. The magazine offered to organize a photo session with Tatu for Rolling Stone's spring cover. Now famous, the anti-war slogan has been imprinted on everyone's mind. Editors decided that this is a real protest, meaning real Rock'n'Roll. Watch out for the magazine's upcoming issues!

The MAD TV taping...
-I found this at the tatugirls.com forum today-

 °Okay so how to even describe tonight. At 9 they actually let us into the studio. We have to sit through some boring skits and then they announce t.A.T.u. I do my best to get as close as possible and I manage to come about 20 feet away. Not too shabby. They start, all the fans go nuts (all 20something of us) and sadly it's playblack. Nevertheless Yulia and Lena look gorgeous. I'm personally not big on Lena's look but she looks SOOOOOOOO much better in person, i was astonished. I shouted my head off and sang along and basically became a big dork during their set. They came intensely close to kissing but then pulled back at the last second and hugged instead. They were supposed to play twice but the stupid people at Mad took too long and pissed off Lena, so they both just left. Some other tatu fan had somehow managed to sneak in and she got their autographs on two issues of Mixer Magazine in which the girls are on the cover. I offered her 50 bucks for one and she shut me down! Talk about jerks. Grrrr. Umm...I guess that's the extent of my story. Thanks for wasting your life reading this. =]°

Tatu Against War!
As a result of Tatu's anti-war actions, every American now knows what "*** Voine!" means (“F*ck The War”) and can write it.
On one of NBC's most popular show, "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno", Tatu performed "All The Things She Said" wearing T-Shirts with an anti-war slogan, showing their opinion about the war in Iraq. It is known that all entertainment programs in USA are afraid of war, especially what artists feel about it. For example, at the Grammy Awards on 23rd of February every artist was warned: one word about Iraq, and the microphone will be turned off. Tatu decided to show their opinion in writing. The host of the show, Jay Leno, introduced Tatu, and as everyone heard the first notes of "All The Things She Said", Julia and Lena turned to face the camera's, and over 1 million people saw black on white writing: *** Voine! ("F*ck the War!").
"We are sure, that Russia will understand us!" said the girls after the show. The anti-war tour of Tatu continues in USA. Stay tuned.

About the performance on Jay Leno...
-Yesterday t.A.T.u. performed o The tonight show with Jay Leno, it was an awsome performance in my opinion and it was great to see the girls sing live (especially Julia), but there was a little  detail (little!!!) that hapenned during the performance, so this morning I received an e-mail regarding to that...-

°Hello everyone, I'm Angie from Vancouver Canada, I've found your e-mail addresses on forums or from different Tatu sites. I'm hoping you'll help me out. Tonight Tatu performed on the Tonight Show with Jay Leno, I have seen several of their live performances and they often kiss during the instrumental break of "All the Things she Said" as I'm sure you know. Well, They decided to also do it on the Tonight show (why wouldn't they?). So when they went to kiss the camera quickly moved to the guitarist and waited until they were finished kissing before the camera would show them again.
I found this to be absolutly disturbing, what's wrong with showing two girls kiss on TV? Part of their image is to send a positive message about homosexuality to the younger generation and the Tonight Show kept them from promoting their "cause". Not only this but before they performed, one of the guests was Dennis Miller and everyone was laughing and cheering him on as he made totally racist jokes regarding the potential war with Iraq. Yet they couldn't show two 18 year old girls kissing? Please if you could just e-mail the tonight show [tonightshow@nbc.com ] and let them know (if you agree with me) that not showing t.A.T.u. kiss is totally homophobic not only that but the censorship wasn't even needed because the show started at 11:35 p.m. (not that it should be censored at all in the first place) So it was completely uncalled for and only done to hide out eyes from the "horrific" scene of a lesbian kiss. Ask for an apology on air! Please just help me out here, it will only take a second of your time. Also pass this on to others who may be interested. Thank you for your time. Julia already celebrated her birthday...
 A few days ago Julia celebrated her 18th birthday in Prague. The celebration was in restaurant "Selskyi dvor". Julia received a huge velvet elephant and a golden bracelet from Ivan Shapovalov, as well as a three-store cake, with Julia and Lena’s small figures on top. :) The girls kissed each other in front of everyone, and soon fell asleep on the table since they were drunk.

Tatu are getting ready to visit USA...
 The next two weeks after their promo tour in the Czech Republic, Tatu are going to spend some time in the USA. One week in LA, and another week in New York are scheduled for the biggest TV-shows, MTV TRL and Carson Daly's show.
Tatu's CDs are currently on the best-seller stands in US' music stores, which means, you'll have to wait and see for more surprises from Tatu!

In fact, the most disturbing thing about tATu is just how refreshing - how damned good - they are. Pop has so long been in the thrall of the airbrushed, minimalist sonic stylings of r'n'b that songs as unpredictable and plain oddball as the ones on '200 km/hr In The Wrong Lane' are almost a revelation.
Flitting from piano riffs to Oakenfold techno, synth-heavy europop to pumping guitars, the album is almost as frantic as its title suggests. But quality control is paramount, whether on the lovely, sobbing melancholia of 'Stars' or the insistent, angular melodies of 'Clowns'.
There are three outstanding highlights. 'All The Things She Said' is perfect pop, as tender as it is infectious, a lovelorn lesbian love song that makes tATu's actual sexuality irrelevant. And 'Not Gonna Get To Us' is stupendous, an amphetamine pop monster with a bolshy attitude to make Kelly Osbourne grind her teeth with envy. Like a Russian 'Spice Up Your Life', it's a certain number one. Both songs are also included in Russian versions, and sound even more startling sung in that beautiful, dramatic language.
Then there's their audacious cover of The Smiths' 'How Soon Is Now', which kicks the original half to death then gives it the kiss of life. Retaining the atmosphere and shuddering guitars, it adds taut piano melodrama and a steely punk chorus. "You shut your mouth", they yell, and only a foolhardy critic would refuse. In fact, there's only one interesting question left for tATu: how the hell do they top this?

English Band Makes Money on Tatu...
 Previous members of The Smiths made about 2 thousand pounds on the success of the Russian pop-duo Tatu. The thing is that Tatu recorded a cover version of The Smiths — song “How Soon Is Now?” on their debut album. Which is why the authors receive a percentage of the sales for the author rights. Bearing in mind that Tatu’s album is selling millions of copies, the money is not small. Tatu are planning to release “How Soon Is Now?” towards the summer as their new British single.

On the 10 th of February TATU went touring to Chekh Republic.This visit of the band has been longawaited by local fans.Unfortunately it was delayed in November due to very busy promotion tours in Europe and USA.The advantage of this tour is that all the fans moving round the country have a chance to watch 5 shows of TATU.That is what all real fans going to do. After their comeback to Russia TATU girls plan to continue working on their new album and also pay a visit to USA where their debut single is about to climb to the top.

t.A.T.u. at No. 1 in the UK for the 2nd week in a Row (plus some news from UK)...
 t.A.T.u. retains the No. 1 position on the UK Singles Chart this week with "All the Things She Said" beating out debuts from Justin Timberlake and Oasis. t.A.T.u.'s album "200 km/h in the Wrong Lane"jumps to No. 12 from No. 20 on the UK Album Chart.

-t.A.T.u. were featured on Top of the Pops (They were there, not the video) but it cut away when I think they kissed. Also t.A.T.u. did a interview with News of the World and admitted being Bisexual over Lesbian. -

Producer of group t.A.T.u., Ivan Shapovalov is ready to face British television...
He offered British Channel 4 the chance to organize a press conference about the rise of pedophilia in the UK. "As a psychologist, I have serious theories about Channel 4 presenter Richard Medley in regards to pedophilia. We can clear things up by organizing a public discussion, during which I hope to cure Richard Medley, and the rest of the adult male population of the UK," said Tatu's producer, after being told that he was about to be sued.
Channel 4 accused Tatu's producer of promoting pedophilia. Presenter Richard Medley of Channel 4 announced on the 31st of January that Ivan Shapovalov's actions are "sickening" and wanted to sue him and the music record label.
British daytime television hosts, husband and wife team Richard and Judy, have tried to get Tatu's single banned, describing their antics as "paedophile porn." He plans on suing Shapovalov as soon as a new law on pedophilia promotion comes into action. Shapovalov on the other hand commented: "I don't think that this law will be activated after Tatu's television debut."

Tatu producer thinks British society has wrong attitude toward sex ...


 MOSCOW. Feb 6 (Interfax) - Ivan Shapovalov, producer of the Russian lesbian duo Tatu, has accused British society of having the wrong attitude toward sex. This comment came after British television banned the airing of Tatu's concerts and their debut single All the Things She Said.

"British society is sick with the wrong attitude toward sex. The more bans are imposed, the more it drives itself into a corner," Shapovalov said. "The fact that the British people saw only pedophilia in the teen duo is a sure sign that this illness is real there," he told Interfax on Thursday.

The duo (Yulia Volkova, 17, and Lena Katina, 18) is not only the first Russian pop group to get into the top ten on the British pop chart, it also topped it.
Shapovalov said the duo may sing at Wembly Stadium. "Nothing has been decided yet, especially considering the fact that five sites in Great Britain have already refused to host the group's concerts," he said.

Shapovalov said that the duo's short-term plans include performances in the Czech Republic and the recording of a second album. "We don't know yet what the title will be. Some songs have already been recorded. They were first written in Russian and then translated into English, like with the first album," Shapovalov said.

Shapovalov said that the reason for the duo's sensational success abroad and in Russia is "its sense of timing." "The main thing is to guess what people need and what tendencies are present in the world and in Russia, to know precisely what you want to tell people," Shapovalov said.

Hey, I'm a 19 year old girl from a small town in Ohio that just loves tatu , (well maybe a little obsessed)......Anyway I just wanted the world to know how much I am into this new musical sensation called t.A.T.u. its about time we (u.s.a.) discovered a new flavor in the musical world , I really don't care what all the critics say about them, they are no different from those rappers who exploit women and Christina showing two gay men making out in her video.......except these two Russian girls are true and actually have a message to say with real emotions and I don't feel that they are wrong for expressing them.......And if anything people should be very thankfull for their work because there are alot of young men and women hiding their emotions and sexuality from the world (and thats sad) , no two people are the same in this world and you shouldn't feel ashamed to express that........ Thanks to t.A.T.u. many people aren't ashamed of who they are anymore.........

 Lesbian pop duo T.A.T.U. have celebrated reaching the top of the UK singles chart by getting matching tattoos. The Russian teen singers, Julia and Lena, have both had the Arabic word for 'love' written on their bodies Julia on her buttock and Lena on her shoulder. Lena told a UK tabloid: "I was terribly scared of pain and I nearly fainted at the sight of the long, long needle." As previously reported, T.A.T.U. debut single, 'All The Things She Said', reached No.1 this weekend, knocking Fame Academy winner David Sneddon from the top spot.

The two SPLENDORS are performing as international guest at Italy's most important music contest "Festival di Sanremo" (which is also shown on SAT-channel, if someone cares).

t.A.T.u. to make history in UK ...
 t.A.T.u. will make history on Sunday by being the first Russian group to top the UK charts.

Russian pop duo t.A.T.u. look set to reach the top of the UK singles chart this Sunday, dotmusic can confirm.

According to midweek figures, the lesbian teen sensations are outselling current chart topper, David Sneddon, with their debut release, 'All The Things She Said'.

Meanwhile, Destiny's Child star Kelly Rowland is on course to enter the charts at number two with her first solo release, 'Stole'.
Fame Academy winner Sneddon will fight it out with Jay-Z & Beyonce Knowles and Busted to fill the remainder of the top five.
