A design of my own that uses the technique of two shuttles
for one ring. One shuttle for the core/ring thread and the other
shuttle for the extended picots on top. This technique is described
by Gale Marshall of Tat's All.
Except I ellaborated on this by making the main ring a split ring by
adding two more threads, 4 threads total. this allows me to throw
a ring off of each side of the main split ring to create an ellaborate
braid design. Hope you like the looks of it. The pattern is
