It is designed to lay in front of your mat while doing some or the whole series.

We recommend you work with a qualified teacher and use this poster as a reminder of the sequence . Let the body open by itself and preferably practice in the morning on an empty stomach or 2-4hours after eating . Sincerity is required, but not seriousness. When practice is done with regularity and focus on the breath, we are continually reminded to stay with what is, the present moment. We are then truly practicing yoga, union with self.
