What is Tae Kwon-Do? Do you really know the meaning of Tae Kwon-do? Tae simply stands for the leg, Kwon stands for the hand, and Do is a form of art. So Tae Kwon-Do simply means the art of the hand and leg.
Many people thinks that Tae Kwon-Do is only a
form of self-defense technique, they are right, but not completely. Tae Kwon-Do
also can be an informal way of educating people, teaching them to respect
others, as well as being a kind and rightful human in the society.
Most of us know that Tae Kwon-do is a form of art which requires flexibility, physical fitness, as well as mental fitness. Tae Kwon-Do teach us to exceed our limits so we could improve on our mentality and our physical condition through the exercise that they carry out during the class.
The Wsb Martial Art Academy has been established since 1997 and now it has approximately 300 color belts and 50 black belts.
