Why Willow and Cordelia?
Cordelia
may seem like the last person Willow would belong with if you go by the
first season of the show, but Cordelia changed a lot during the time these
two were in high school together. Both women were very insecure. This was
part of the reason Cordelia went out of her way to pick on Willow and others.
She later showed how much she does think of Willow and care for her.
They have been through a lot together and have relied on each other
and been there for each other in times that many others would not have
stuck around. They also balance each other well. Cordelia could help Willow
come out her shell and Willow could ground Cordelia, all the while bringing
out the best in each other.I believe they have a lot in common and are
both caring, independent women with a lot to offer the one they love.
Willow has developed a program that helps the scobby gang research
demons. She goes to L.A. to offer it to Angel as well and there she meets
Cordelia again. Something happens between them.
Willow has issues to deal with after she's been attacked during her
first year at Oxford. Buffy's feeling lost and Xander's got his own
