PERMISSIONS FROM ARTISTS TO USE THEIR ARTS

Thanks for writing and thanks for asking permission for the use of Paula's graphics on your website. As many of you know Paula is under contract with two publishers. Leisure Arts who does counted cross stitch charts and books of Paula's paintings and Newmark publishing who does limited edition prints of her work. These publishers hold the copyrights to Paula's work. We have been given permission to let people like yourself use these as long as they are not sold or printed out. These may be used only on the internet or for email stationery but not printed in any way. It is OK for you to use any of the graphics on her site as long as these rules are followed. We would certainly appreciate any links back to her site or acknowledgement of it being her work. They can not and must not be printed out and either sold or given away. We are under the same restrictions on her work. Anyone who is guilty of this will be turned over to the publishers attorneys. We appreciate your compliments and your support and asking for permission to use her graphics. We hope you will understand and let us know if we can help.

of my work as a themeset on your web-site, as long as you establish a
link to my web-site, and provide a full and prominent credit for the
artwork. But please make the sets for PERSONAL USE ONLY. I understand
that once the sets are on the net anyone can download them, but you may
not endeavor to "distribute" your sets. Please do not advertise "free
themesets" featuring my work. I also hope you might someday consider
purchasing one of the beautiful prints available on my site.

I saw on your permission page that you live in Malaysia? Is that right? One of our customers was in Malaysia... a very nice gentleman. We emailed back a forth a couple of times discussing the country, the way of life, etc.
