The first time I saw this picture was in 1998.
Jack's Wholesale Division offered the car, stating
a mileage of about 12,000.
Later, I found out that the car was offered in various
issues of the magazine "DuPont Registry".
In issue 12/96, it was stated a mileage of 12,800,
same mileage in issue 4/97.
In issue 8/97 there were 12,300 miles on the odometer,
also in issue 10/97.
The last ad I saw, in an issue of 4/98, the car had
"12,300 actual miles".
Jack's Wholesale Division was so kind to send me these
four pictures.
In April 1999, the new owner, Mr. Schwartz offered
the car at Ebay, stating a mileage of 112,000.
Must be a very lucky man, drove 100,000 miles within
one year with one of my dreamcars -- even with a sealed sunroof and rims,
which are not original, as you can see.
The Blackhawk is still for sale.
