The Gamer's Grill
OK quickly these are the rules. Everything in the grill is FREE. Yes, there is a catch. It's free as long as you only use the ideas and adventures in The Grill for the enjoyment of you and your players. Please don't attempt to publish anything you find here anywhere else. You are encouraged to link to this site; but please set the link to The Legends Inn home page so that everyone can see us from the beginning.
How to read the a Grill adventure:
Adventures from The Grill follow a simple format. To avoid infringing on any copyright or trademark laws none of the scenarios contain references to any licensed RPGs. Instead a simple 1-10 average system is used to denote the relative power level of any person or item of importance in the adventure. For example a warrior of average level would be considered a (warrior 5). His or her abilities are broken into two categories Physical and Mental. These scores represent statistics such as strength and dexterity; or intelligence and wisdom respectively and could be listed as P7 and M4. Any specialty items are listed by source, item, and power level. So a low power magical sword would be listed as Magic sword 1.
Each adventure begins with a short synopsis of the plot, followed by the scenario. The author will then provide you with notes on customizing the adventure to different timelines and levels of difficulty. Finally all relevant story characters will be listed at the end for quick reference. Good luck and thank you for visiting The Gamers Grill.
