A Time to Stand |
After 3 months of war Starfleet has suffered devastating losses. Sisko and crew take command of a captured Jem Hadar fighter and sent on a crucial and dangerous mission to destroy a ketracel-white storage base deep within Cardassian space. |

Rocks and Shoals |
Stranded in Cardassian space without weapons and warp drive, Sisko and crew are attacked and crash land on a desert planet, which is occupied by a marooned troop of Jem Hadar and their treacherous dying Vorta commader. |

Sons and Daughters |
After the loss of Deep Space Nine, worf assumes his position as 1st officer on the IKS Rotaran. A group of new recruits to the ship includes a young warrior, weak and unskilled in the art of war, he is bullied by his crewmates. The young man is Worfs half human son Alexander. |

Behind the Lines |
When Deep Space Nine's occupying Cardassian force discover a way to dismantle the minefield which is preventing 1000s of enemy troops from invading the Alpha quadrant, Kira's resistance cell must act quickly in order to prevent the Dominion from prevaling in the War. Also Odo's loyalties are questioned now that another Changling is on the Station. |

Favor the Bold |
Tension mounts on board Deep Space Nine as Rom is jailed and sentenced to death for treason against the Dominion. Kira beats Damar up and Quark learns that the minefield will be de-activated within a week. |

Sacrifice of Angels |
While Sisko meets an armada of Dominion ships in one of the largest space battles in history, Kira and her band of saboteurs on board Deep Space Nine find themselves arrested and placed under armed guard, forcing Quark to turn to an unlikely ally to help rescue them. |

A version of vedek Bariel comes through from the alternative universe. He becomes pally with Kira. But its later discovered that he's working with the Intendant. They plan to steal one of the Bajoran Orbs and take it to their universe. |

Statistical Probabilities |
The arrival of a group of genetically enhanced but socially defective humans on Deep Space Nine promises to make Bashirs life more interesting, particulary when they uncover a Dominion plot and a darker, more worrying future for the Federation. |

The Magnificent Ferengi |
Quark and Rom put together a team of Ferengi for a rescue mission when they find out that their mother has been taken captive by the Dominion. |

Waltz |
While transporting the war crim Gul Dukat a the ship is attacked and Sisko (A passenger on ship) ends up on a desolate planet with Dukat. Sisko is injured. Dukat has apparently recovered from his mental breakdown. Or has he? |

Who mourns for Morn? |
Morn fakes his own death the avoid some crims he did business with years ago. In the process he leaves 100 bricks of Gold Pressed Latinum to Quark. However Mourns former business partners are willing to do anything for the latinum. |

Far beyond the stars |
After a friend's ship is destroyed Sisko gets depressed and considers leaving Starfleet. Shorty afterwards he begins to have visions of his crew as 1950s Americans most of whom work at a as writer for comic book. |

One Little Ship |
Dax, Bashir and O'Brien are travelling through an anomolly(in a runabout) which shrinks them to the size of grapes when The Defiant is attacked and taken over by the Jam Hadar. Its left up to the miniture runabout and crew somehow re-take the ship even though they're only 1cm tall. |

Honor Among Thieves |
O'Brien is sent on a secret mission by Starfleet intelligence to infiltrate the Orion syndicate. |

Change of Heart |
Worf and Dax are sent on a mission to the Badlands to meet with a Cardassian double-agent. He has data regarding the locating of Founders within the Alpha Quadrant, but before he will reveal anything, he wants Dax and Worf to help him defect. In 3 days, he plans to walk into the jungle on the planet Soukara. Since Dax and Worf will be unable to beam him off the planet, they are to rendezvous with him in the jungle. Seeing no alternative, they agree to the plan. While on the planet Dax is injured and unable to continue. Worf has to choose between his duty and his wife. They talk and both agree Worf should continue alone. But soon after leaving Worf realises his wife means more to him than his uniform and so he returns to Jadzias side. |

Wrongs darker than Death or Night |
Kira uses the orb of time to discover whether or not that her mother (who she though died in a labour camp) was actually one of Gul Dukats mistresses while he was in charge of Terok Nor during the Cardassian Occupation of Bajor |

Inquisition |
Internal affairs come to the station to investigate Bashir whom they think is a traitor working for the Dominion. The investigation is infact a holographic ploy to test Bashir to see if he's worthy of joining Section 31, a militant intellegence group within the Federation. |

In the Pale Moonlight |
Sisko, with Garaks help attempts to get the Romulans to abandon their Non agression pact with the Dominion. In doing so they produce a holographic recording of the ficticous Dominion invasion plans of Romulas. |

His way |
Odo spends some time in the holosuites getting some help from one of Bashirs holoprogrames. He wants to know how to win Kira's heart. |

The Reckoning |
A Pah Wraith takes control of Jake and a Prophet takes control of Kira and the two must fight to discover who is the strongest. The struggle threatens to destroy the station. |

Valiant |
Jake and nog are attacked while in a shuttle and are rescued by a ship called the Valiant. They discover that the ship is crewed by cadets from Starfleet academy called Red Squad. |

Profit and lace |
Grand Nagus Zek and Ishka, arrive on the station to announce that, thanks to his relationship with Ishka Zek has added a new amendment to the Ferengi Bill of Opportunities giving females equal rights. Unfortunately, this has plunged the entire Ferengi society into chaos, Zek has been deposed as Nagus, and Brunt is now Acting Nagus — a position that will become permanent in 3 days. Sure that Ishka's amazing business sense will win them over, Zek invites the commissioners of the Ferengi Commerce Authority to the station, but cola magnate Nilva is the only one who agrees to a meeting. |

Times orphan |
O'Brien is reunited with his wife, Keiko, and their two children. But during a celebratory picnic on a nearby planet, eight-year-old Molly falls into a vortex of swirling energy. When the rest of the crew arrives to help, they determine Molly slipped through a time portal that sent her back 300 years, to a time when the planet was uninhabited. They reactivate the portal and transport her out, but their calculations are off by a decade. When Molly materializes on the transporter pad, she is an 18-year-old woman. |

The sound of her voice |
The Defiant picks up a distress signal from Captain Lisa Cusak, whose escape pod has crashed on a remote planet following the destruction of her ship. Although two-way communication has not been established, Lisa transmits her voice constantly as the crew begins the six-day trip to rescue her. O'Brien listens to the sometimes-amusing monologue and is surprised when she — having overheard a conversation between him and Kasidy Yates — suddenly speaks to him. Both realize contact has been established, and Lisa finally knows she will be rescued. |

Tears of the Prophets |
Starfleet Command decides to take the offensive in the war against the Dominion, and Sisko is chosen to lead the invasion of Cardassia. The first target is the Chin'toka System, picked for its diminished defenses. Unfortunately, the crew is unaware that the Cardassian/Dominion Alliance has secretly deployed hundreds of orbital weapon platforms to protect the system, and that Gul Dukat has returned claiming he has the key to destroying Sisko and the Federation. |
