Apocalypse Rising |
Sisko, Worf, O'Brien and Odo pose as klingons in an attempt to prove that Chanceller Gowron is a chanceling imposter. But ever since Odo was changed into a solid he's been having a major confidence crisis. |

Sisko and the crew attempt to salvage a Jem Hadar war ship. After entering the ship they find all its crew are dead. But unknown to them there is still a changling alive on board. |

Looking for Par'mach in all the wrong places |
Quarks ex Klingon wife Grilka comes aboard the station and asks him for his help. Meanwhile Worf see's her and he begins to fancy her. Worf & Dax end up helping Quark court Grilka. And then realise they love each other. |
| Nor the Battle to the Strong |
Bashir and Jake while in a runabout, respond to a destress call from a colony that is under attack by Klingons. Jakes courage is soon tested. |

The Assignment |
Keiko's body is taken over by one of the Bajoran Prophets, known as a Pah-wraith who was banished from the wormhole many years earlier. It uses Keiko to blackmail O'Brien into firing a laser beam at the wormhole which will kill all the Prophets still in it. |
| Trials and Tribble-Ations |
Sisko and the crew are sent back in time when Arvan Darvan hatches a plan to kill James T Kirk. After Darvan uses the Orb of time to send the the Defiant back to the days of Kirk. And Sisko and crew must move among the Enterprises crew to find a bomb in order to prevent Darvans plan from succeding. |

Let he who is without Sin |
Worf, Dax, Bashir, Leeta and Quark go on a trip to Risa. While there Worf becomes involved with a group of people who are against the paradise that Risa is portraying. |

Things Past |
While returning to the station Sisko, Dax, Garek and Odo are sent into a version of the Great Link which causes Odo to re-live an assasination attempt on Gul Dukats life during the occupation. |

The Ascent |
Jake moves out of his fathers quarters and moves in with Nog, who's returned as a cadet training on the station. Meanwhile Odo takes Quark to stand trail on a planet which is 8 days away at max warp. But the ship they use has been rigged with explosives and they only just manage to crash on planet and are forced to climb a mountain to send a signal to the Station for help. Half way up Odo falls and breaks his leg. |

Rapture |
After an accident in the holosuits Sisko starts to have vision. But they are causing brain damage and must be stopped by surgery. To make the visions more clear Sisko uses an orb provided by Kie Winn. |

The Darkness and the Light |
Someone is killing the former members of the Shakaar resistence cell. At almonst the exact time that the people were killed Kira recieved a message with a picture of the killed person and 2 words. |

The Begotten |
Odo tries to train an infant changeling how to change shape. Dr Morea arrives from Bajor to help him. Meanwhile Kira goes into labour. Plus Odo gets his shapeshifting abilities back. |

For the Uniform |
Sisko tries to catch former StarFleet commander Edington who is now a Maquis leader. Edington is using chemical weapons to help the Maquis cause. When it looks as if Sisko has him Edington activates a virus he emplanted in the Defiant before he defected and this cause total havoc in the ships systems. |

In Purgatory's Shadow |
Deep Space Nine receives a message from Enabrin Tain sent from the Gamma Quad. Garek with Com Worf are sent to investigate but are captured by the Jem Hadar. They are sent to a prison camp where they find Tain, General Martok and Dr Bashir conluding that a chaneling is on Deep Space Nine. |

By inferno's Light |
Bashir, Worf and Garak break out of the Jem Hadar prison meanwhile Sisko pursuades Challellor Gowron re activate the Klingon / Federation peace treaty and combine forces to face the impending Dominion attack. |

Doctor Bashir I presume |
Dr Zimmerman arrives on Deep Space Nine to make a new EMH which he wants to model on Dr Bashir. Zimmerman discovers that Julian has been genetically enhanced. Something that is eleagal within the Federation. This threatens Bashirs career and perhaps his freedom. |

A Simple Investigation |
Odo falls in love with a women who claims to be running from a crime syndicate. She doesn't know but she is has been altered to look human and is a an undercover agent from a race of aliens. |

Business as Usual |
Quark discovers he's totally broke. So he goes into business selling weapons with his couson Gaila. In doing so all his friends on Deep Space Nine turn their backs on him. |

Ties on Blood and Water |
Legit Gamor comes aborad the station. and tells Kira that he's dieing. He wants to tell Kira everything he knows about the people in the Cardassian military. A custom in Cardassian society. Kira finds out he took part in a massica on Bajor. |

Ferengi Love songs |
Quark returns to Feranginar suffering with depression. He discovers that his mother is having an affair with The Grand Nagus. Also Brunt tries to replace Zekk as Grand Nagus. |

Soldiers of the empire |
Worf joins the crew on the IKS Rotaren which is commanded by General Martok. Worf Realises that after Martoks 2year imprisonment by the Dominion, that he has lost his Warriors spirit. And Worf must challenge him for the command of the ship. |

Children of Time |
The Defiant Crew find a planet of enhabiteb by the ships crews desendants. They claim the Defiant crew will try and leave orbit and crash land on the planet sending the ship 200 years into the past. And their culture will be born. |

Blaze of Glory |
Sisko tries to track down a load of cloaked missiles heading for Cardassia, with the help of the captured Maquis leader Micheal Edington. |

Empok Nor |
Due to major techniqical problems on DS9 Cheif O'Brien goes on a salvage mission to an abandoned Cardassian space station. But when they get there they encounter some Cardassians that were left behind in statis. |

In the Cards |
Jake and Nog go on a hunt for a 20th century baseball card to cheer up Sisko. Along the way they end up performing tasks for most of the crew. |
|
Call to Arms |
Rom and Leeta are making plans for their wedding. Sisko decides to mine the area near the wormhole to stop anymore Dominion re-enforcements coming through, resulting in the Cardassian / Dominion force attacking the station. |
