The Klingon Empire decides to invade Cardassian. They believe that Cardassia has been taken over by the Founders due to the Military government being taking over by a Civilian government. The Klingons believes this would be impossible with Founder assistance. Lt Comm Worf is assigned to Deep Space to investigate the Klingons intentions. |

The Visitor |
When an accident aboard the Defiant pushes Ben Sisko in sub space Jake Sisko spends the rest of his left looking for a way to pull him out again. |

Hippocratic Oath |
O'Brien and Bashir crash land on a planet where they discover a group of Jem Hadar soldiers who wish to leave the Dominion and be free of the drug that the Founders use to control the Jem Hadar. |

Indiscretion |
Kira is forced to team up with Gull Dukat in an attempt to find a Cardassian prisoner ship which dissappeared 6 years earlier. The ship had people on board who were close to both Kira and Dikat. |

Rejoined |
Dax meets up with one of her previous wifes when she had another host (a male host). And they begin to fall in love again. |

Starship Down |
While on a mission in the Gamma Quadrant the Defiant is attacked by the Jem Hadar. Sisko is badly wounded, Bashir and Dax are trapped in a room with their oxygen levels rapidly depleating. Mr Worf takes charge from engineering. |

Little Green Men |
Quarks brother finally delivers the ship he's promised hed gived him. So takes his brother bad nephew, Nog earth but when they get there they are whisked back in time and crash is a Mexican town called Rosswell. |

The Sword of Kahless |
Worf, Kor and Dax go in search of an anciant sword which belonged to Kahless. When they find it Worf and Kor begin to turn against each other. |

Our Man Bashir |
While returning back to the station Sisko, Dax, Kira, Worf and O'Brien discover that their runabout has been sabataged. When they are beamed out they are diverted into the holodeck where Julian and Garak are playing a secret agent programme of Julians. Unfortunately their mentel paterns are stored in the stations comptures instead. So if anything happes to them on the holodeck they'll dye for real. |

Homefront |
Sisko and Odo return to earth after a Dominion bomb kills 23 people at a conferance. Meanwhile back at the station the worm hole is acting strange. It keeps opening and closing for no apparent reason. The Stations crew think there might be a cloaked Dominion fleet coming throught. |

Praradise Lost |
Sisko and Odo discover that there are only 4 changlings on earth and not the mass amount previously thought and they also uncover a Starfleet Admirals plan to overthrow the Federation Council and put Earth under military rule. |

Crossfire |
First Minister Sha Karr comes aboard Deep Space Nine. As Odo provides security he see's that Kira is falling in love with the Minister. But Odo is in love with the Major aswell but he just can't bring himself to tell her. |

Return to Grace |
Kira is sent on a mission to Cardassia. On reaching a planet with a team of Bajoran diplomats she discovers that all the poeple on the planet have been killed by a Klingon Bird of Prey. So she teams up with Gull Dukatt to gain revenge. |

Sons of Mogh |
Kurn comes aboard Deep Space Nine and wants Worf to perform the Moc To Var ritual. The ritual involves Worf killing Kurn. Meanwhile O'Brien and Kira discover a cloaked mine field laid out by the Klingons in unclaimed space. |

Bar Association |
Rom leads a strike at Quarks due to ridiculous wage cuts. Meanwhile Kira and O'Brien discover that the Klingons have been laying cloaked minefields just outside of Bajoran space. |

A Bajoran lightship comes through the wormhole and on board is a man who claims to be the Emissary and that he's been with the prophets for the last 200 years. |
| Rules of engagement |
The Klingons try to extradite Worf after he destroys a Klingon savilion ship during a battle. Its up to Cpt Sisko to prove his inoccence. |

Hard Time |
O'Brien is imprisoned for 20 years in an alien prison after breaking one of the planets rules. For everyone else the 20 years only last for a few days but for the Cheif he thinks he's been in the same cell with no one else for the full 20 years. |

Shattered Mirror |
Jennifer Sisko comes over from a paralell universe and kidnaps Jake in order to get Sisko to help the Rebellion fight against the Alliance. |

The Muse |
A strange women comes aboard the station and offers to make Jake a famous writer and in return she wants his life force. Meanwhile Lwaxanna Troi arrives to see Odo and asks him to marry her in order to save her unborn child. |

For the Cause |
Kassady Yates is arrested and charged with smuggling supplies to the Maquis. Meanwhile Commander Eddington defects to the Maquis and takes with him two industrial replicators which were meant for the Cardassians. |

To the Death |
On arriving back at the station Sisko discovers that a group of renagade Jem Ha Dar have destroyed one of the upper pilons. After going after them another group of Jem Hadar join forces with Starfleet to help kill the renagades. |

The Quickening |
Bashir and Dax beam down to a planet where the inhabitants are dying from a plague started by the Dominion. |

Body Parts |
Quark finds out that he has only 6 days to live and he sells his body parts to Brunt of the Ferengi Commerce Authority. But he then finds out the Dr was wrong and he's infact not dying. But he's made a contract with Brunt who's trying to force him into killing himself. Which is perfectly leagal with Ferengi law. Quark investigates possible ways of killing himself. |

After Odo is taken seriously ill the Defiant rushes him into Dominion space in an attempt to get help from the Founders. On reaching them they judge him for killing a changling. His punishment is that they turn him into a solid. |
