After his experience with the Jem Hadar Starfleet send Sisko on a special mission to find the founders of the Dominion. To find them safely Sisko is given the command of a prototype starship which has a cloaking device which the Romulans have lent Starfleet on the condition that its only used in the Gamma Quadrant.. |

The Search "Part 2" |
After the "Defiant" is boarded Odo escapes with Kira and sets course for a nebula which he believes may hold the key to the origin of his people. |

The House of Quark |
After killing a Klingon in a bar fight Quark gets forced by the Klingons wife to take control of their house on the Klingon home world. |

Equilibrium |
After hearing some music at a dinner party Dax begins to act strangley. And while investigating her behaviour Sisko and Bashir find out that the Trill are hiding a dark secret from Dax and the entire Trill civilisation. |

Second Skin |
Kira gets kidnapped by the Cardassian Obsidien Order in an attempt to expose a member of the Cardassian High Command who is a Bajoran sympathiser. |

The Abandoned |
After buying a shipment of wreckage Quark finds a live baby in a container among the wreckage. As the baby grows at an accelerated rate the crew of Deep Space Nine discover that it is a Jem` Hadar. |

Civil Defense |
While working with Cheif O'Brien Jake activates an old Cardassian security programme which threatens to kill everyone on the station by poluting the air with poisoness gas. |

Meridian |
Dax falls in love with a man whos planet will soon disappear for 60 years after. The man can't leave the planet so Jadzia contemplates staying with him and disappearing herself. |

Defiant |
Will Riker comes aboard Deep Space Nine and steals the Defiant. Odo later finds out that it was infact Thomas Riker Will's transporter replica and that Toms now a member of the Maquis. |

Fascination |
Lwaxanna Troi comes aboard Deep Space Nine suffering with a telapathic virus and passes her feelings onto the people around her causing the crew to act strangly. These include making Bashir and Kira attracted to each other. |

Past Tense (Feature length or as parts 1&2) |
Due to a transporter malfuntion Sisko, Bashir and Dax get sent back in time to Earth in 2024 when people who didn't have a job were put in sanatation centres and basically left to rot. |

Life Support |
Vedic Bareil is critically injury in a space shuttle accident on the way to Deep Space Nine to a peace confronce with the Cardassians. Barrile being the key negoiator in the peace talks Dr Bashir fights to prolonge his fading life. |

Heart of Stone |
Odo and Kira get trapped on a planet were Kira is being covered by a living crystal. Meanwhile back on the station nog decides he wants to join Star Fleet academy. |

Destiny |
Three Cardassians come aboard Deep Space Nine to help create a radio link between the Alpha and Gamma quadrants while the wormhole is closed. One of the cardassians believes that O'Brien is making advances towards her. |

Prophet Motive |
After going into the wormhole the Nagus returns acting nice. Which is totally out of character for a Ferengi. Also he re-writes the Rules of Acusishion to state that he no longer cares about profit. So Quark sets out to set things right. |

Visionary |
Cheif O'Brien has an accident which causes him to keep shifting back and fourth in time. Also the Romulans are planning to calapse the wormhole and destroy Deep Space Nine. |

Distance Voices |
Dr Bashir becomes a victim of an alien telapathic attack and is tricked into thinking the same alien is going around the station killing and destroying everyone and everything. Plus he starts to age rapidly. |

Through the looking glass |
O'Brien kidnapps Sisko and transports him aboard an unknown vessel. He then admits he's the alternate O'Brien from the Paralell Universe that Bashir and Kira were trapped in a year ago. Since Kira & Bashirs visit a Terran rebellion has began and before he died the alternate Sisko was the leader. O'Brien now wants Cpt Sisko to pose as the alternate to complete his final mission. |

Improbable Cause |
Odo starts an investigation after Garaks shop is blown up. He finds out that the Obsidian Order of Cardassia and the Tal Shiar of Romulas are working together in a joint attack on the Founders home world. |

The Die Is Cast |
On the eve of a Romulan/Cardassian attack against the Dominion, Garak proves his loyalty to Enabran Tain by torturing Odo. |

Sisko comes back from Bajor with the intention of building an ancient ship to travel to the Danoruss belt. |

Family Business |
Quark is forced to return to Farenginar when he is charged with allowing his mother to gain profit. In Ferengi society women arn't allowed to work, gain profit or even where cloths. |

Sha Kaar |
Kie Whin is appointed head of the Provisional Government on Bajor. And Kira sets out on a mission to find Sha Kaar a farmer who is refusing to return farming equipment to the government. Sha Kaar is a former resistence figther. |

Facets |
Dax decides to perform a ritual that enables her to use the bodies of her friends to be temporary hosts to the Dax previous hosts. This enables her to meet her previous hosts. |

The Adversary |
A changling secretly comes aoard the Defiant posing as an ambassador with a plot to disrupt the balnce of power in the Alpha Quadrant. |
