The Homecoming |
Kira recieves information that a famous Bojaran resistance fighter Li Nalas, thought to be dead is infact still alive and imprissioned on a Cardassian planet. The Bajoran Government unwilling to risk war on a rescue mission dismisses the matter. Kira can not allow these POW's to remain prisoners, so she enlists Chief O'Briens help and sets out on a rescue mission of her own. |

The Circle |
After rescuing Li Nalas Kira is re-assigned to Bajor while minister Jaro futhers his plan to use the Cirle to overthrow the provisional government. Li is assign Kira's old job and takes up his post as Sisko's 2nd in Command. |

The Siege |
The station is evacuated, and Sisko and company are forced into hiding until proof of the Cardassian support of the Circle can reach the Bajoran government. |

Invasive Procedures |
While the station is evacuated during a plazma storm, a small group of outlaws (one of whom is a Trill) take the skeliton crew captive and force Julian to transplant the Dax symbiont into a one of the outlaws who feels he should have got the symbiont and not Jadzia. |

Cardassians |
A Bajoran couple come aboard the station with their adopted Cardassian son. When Garek tries to introduce himself the boy attacks him. It turns out that the boy is the son of a now important politition in the Cardassian Civilian Government. |

Melora |
A new ensign comes aboard Deep Space Nine from a planet in which their gravity is lower than normal. Dr Bashir has to build her a wheel chair and change the grav unit in her quarters. As time goes Julian and Melora begin to fall in love with each other. |

Rules of acquisition |
A Ferengie women poses as a male to prove that women are just as good as men. But she falls in love with Quark. |
|
Necessary evil |
While the bar is closed Quark is shot. As a result Odo is forced to re-open a murder case which took place during the occupation. One of the Cheif suspects in the case was a young women called Kira Nerys. |

Second Sight |
While on the promanard Sisko meets a woman called Fena. Then mysteriously she disappears. Meanwhile a Terrorformer comes aboard the station with his wife. Then Sisko has dinner with him and his wife and he discovers that Fena is his wife. or so he thinks? |

Sanctuary |
A civilisation of people come throught the worm hole and want to live on Bajor. But the Bajorans won't allow them to settle on Bajor because of all their current problems due to the ocupation. |

Rivals |
A man sets up a rival gambling bar next to Quarks. Unknown to anyone the machines he's using are causing strange things to happen aboard Deep Space Nine. Meanwhile Cheif O'Brien and Dr Bashir get competetive at racket ball. |

The alternate |
Odo gets turned into a monster after exploring a planet which my have been inhabited by shape shifters. |

Armageddon game |
Dr Bashir and Chief O'Brien are helping an alien race destroy a consignment of chemical weapons when the lab is attacked. Bashir and O'Brien escape. But they're conrades on DS9 are told they perished in an accident. |

Whispers |
Cheif O'Brien gets replaced by a robot which looks and acts exactly like the real Cheif O'Brien. So much so that the robot really believes that he's Miles O'Brien |

Paradise |
O'Brien and Sisko discover the survivers of a crash on a planet. They can't get off the planet for some reason. But they find out that their leader has kept them there deliberately. |

Shadowplay |
Odo and Dax try to solve the mystery of an alien planet whose inhabitants are disappearing without explanation. |

Playing god |
Dax has to put a trill inicient through his paces. The inicient thinks Dax will treat him awful because of the reputation of Curzon Dax. |

Proffit and Loss |
Quark meets up with an old Cardassian who is now want by the Cardassian Government. She's not interested in re starting their relationship so he's ready to sacrifice everything in an attempt to win her back. |

Blood Oath |
A group of Klingons come aboard Deep Space Nine and want Dax to live up to an Klingon Blood Oath that was made by Curzon Dax many, many years ago. |

The Maquis. "Part 1" |
Sisko gets a visit from an old friend. And later finds out that he is a member of a new milatent group called the Maquis who fight Cardassians. |

The Maquis. "Part 2" |
Sisko forms an unusual alliance with Gul Dukat, who aids him in the clash between Cardassians and former Federation settlers in the DMZ. |

The Wire |
Dr. Bashir has to stop Garak from using a brain implant that was put in his head when he was still a member of the Obsideon Order. Removing the implant will put Garak through withdrawal symtoms. And may even kill him. |

Crossover |
During a trip through the wormhole Kira and Bashir crossover to another dimension were tarans are used as slaves by the alience. And Deep Space Nine still known as Terok Nor is run by an evil version of Kira. (This is the same universe featured in an episode of TOS is which Kirk and his crew crossed into a parrall universe) |

The Collaborator |
Vedek Barell, protects Ki Oppoca by making out the he was a collaborator. But infact it was Ki Oppoca who gave away information to the Cardassians during the Occupation. |

Tribunal |
While in neutral space Cheif O'Brien is arrested by the Cardassians and accussed of supplying the Maquis with Federation weapons. He is then taken to Cardassia and put on trial. |
|
The Jem`Hadar |
Sisko, Jake, Nog and Quark go on a field trip for a school project and Sisko and Quark get taken prisoner by an unknown species. Jake and Nog beam up to the Run-about and try and make it back to the Wormhole to get help. |
