   Here's the third issue of Marvelman, scanned by Bill Nolan, and the earliest cover I have.  The earliest issue I have in my own collection is #35. It's longer than the story in this issue (15 pages), and the only reason it didn't make the cut was inferior art. I just wanted to make sure the sample of the series that I put online was a good one. Fear not though fans of Marvelman, I will make sure that the story makes it to a future CD!
