I swear, it seems like these
announcements are just about every issue now... Anyway, this one's good
news for a change! I've said that this was the last issue of Spotlight,
well, I'm making a liar out of myself. Spotlight will continue, but with
the next issue the format will change. Spotlight will begin to live up
to it's name a little more and spotlight a particular type of comic or
character. For example, we could have an issue focusing on Blue Beetle,
jungle heroes, Quality heroes, etc. Hope you enjoy this "new look," you
can get a sample in three weeks when I publish a special issue of Spotlight
to catch up on the numbering since the June issue was canceled.

This issue we feature one of Australia's
finest, the Panther! This is a reprinting of the first issue from 1957!
I'll hesitate describing the issue since 1) it hit the stands last week,
and 2) I'm planning a mini article on the Panther for a "jungle" issue
of this title. Anyone down under who can get this book is highly encouraged
to do so!
